Ihop pancakes are the best. My breakfast was great. My server, Lonnie, was amazing and went out of his way to make sure I had everything I needed.

On 12/21/25 called in a to go order. When I entered the hostess asked card or cash. I said card and was rung up. I checked my order and had requested an extra sauce. The young lady went to the register to check how much for the sauce. She never rung the sauce up. She said it would be $1.50, I said wow that's a bit much for a small cup of sauce. Non the less I said ok and gave her a $ 5 dollar bill. I watched as she went to several employees and finally one server gave her change. She came back with $3 dollars. Another employee was standing next to her when I asked where was my 50 cent change. She looks at me and doesn't say anything. The employee next to her reaches in his pocket and gives her 50 cents. Then tells the hostess you owe me 50 cents. She gives me my change and when I questioned the transaction without a receipt. The male employee angrily responded we do not use the register for cash. I called back to speak with the manager. Waited for atleast 5 minutes no one picks up. Call back she answers and I go over everything that happen. Her response was did you get your 50 cents. I explained that she never rung it up in the register and I didn't get a receipt. Called another ihop and asked how much a extra sauce cost. It was 99 cents. This restaurants employees are embezzling money from the restaurant and the customers. Customers beware and always ask for a receipt. Never going back

We LOVE Lola and will be returning because of the amazing service and sweetness we were shown. Absolutely an amazing server who deserves some recognition!! Chase was also so kind. We adored both of these lovely people and hope to see them again soon!

The floors were so sticky, like they moped with sweet tea.
Burnt leftover grits, burnt pancakes, runny orange artificial eggs when I requested shelled eggs. The greasy sausage gave me a bad case of heartburn. Just a bad meal. Svc was ok but she should have looked at what she was serving. The waitstaff is too busy checking their phones and chit chatting to be effective or attentive. The phone does not apply to your job except the restaurant phone that's ringing that you don't a sewer. The front glass door was filthy. Very bad impression for a traveler.

Ah, weird free lunch about brunch. I guess you would say got seated quickly. Had a wonderful meal. My waitress was it's really sweet, and I was in and out in 40 minutes.

Got the $6 breakfast special, two pancakes with an omelette with ham & cheese. It was very good. Omelette was bigger than I thought it would be. I had to bring about half of it home. It was not very busy, so, service was great.
