Food was great and my server was even greater ! She was point with everything and seem to know a lot of the guests that Comes in as well ! Please keep her I will be returning! Her name is Abby, beautiful smile btw .

I was charged 40 more than what my bill was and the general manager said she would send me a copy of my receipt via text so I can take it to my bank but she have employees telling me she is not there all of a sudden if you use your card there make sure it matches your receipt because my bill was only 38 and charged 78

We went there past midnight and there was one waitress serving everyone and he did a great job. She was attentive and explained when an ingredient was not available and offered alternatives.
This location has crazy hours and it's hard to know when they are open

Server had a stomach virus and gave it to us! Made my husband and myself extremely ill, not to mention however many others she came in contact with. Train your employees about how germs are spread, proper hygiene and give them proper (paid) sick leave so they aren’t coming to work sick and spreading it around!! We will recover, but this is no good!! Not to mention the bill was $50 damn dollars!! Too much for bacon and eggs!!

I love IHOP and the only reason I'm giving it a 4 star is because once I was served some cold grits and they was burnt. My servant didn't come to check on me till I asked another lady to go get her.

My snickerdoddle pancakes were delicious. My brother enjoyed his breakfast sampler. The Carmel apple coffee was delicious. This was a new drink.

My daughter treated me to breakfast and we were told upon entering they only accepted cash, pay in their app or gift card. Not sure what was going on but we worked it out with 2 of the 3 things they needed. Wait staff was slim and they were trying to seat us all in one section 🤷🏽♀️. Our waitress was a trooper and the food was served hot and delicious 😋

About 10 minutes after signing in and being told"there is about a 30 minute wait" we were informed to add another 30 minutes to the wait time. Reason.. doordash gets prioriety! Slobs sitting at home in their pajamas getting prioriety over those actually visiting the restaurant! WRONG ,SO WRONG! Needles to say we left to never return again.

This place definitely needs new management we’ve been waiting an hour for our food! They are making all to go orders instead of feeding customers than have been waiting longer than us!!!! The waitresses were apologetic, didn’t help get food any faster! It’s nasty in here also! Hire a manager that knows how to manage, Vanessa sure can’t!!!!!!!!

Dear IHOP Team,
I wanted to share my recent experience when attempting to place an order over the phone. Unfortunately, I was informed that phone orders are no longer accepted because some customers fail to pick up their orders. While I understand the reasoning, I offered to pay for my order over the phone to guarantee my commitment, but this option was also not available.
The staff member explained that orders must be placed online or in person. This policy ultimately led me to order from another establishment instead, as it didn't align with my needs or expectations for convenience.
I value IHOP for its great food and service, but I encourage your team to reconsider processes like this. Offering the flexibility to pay over the phone could help retain customers who prefer this method of ordering and prevent lost sales.
