This meal was a roll of the dice. I didnt appreciate the menu telling me the cooks were incapable of cooking a steak well done. Thats just a me thing. I cant stand raw meat. Next, the restaurant is gorgeous and very upscale in ambiance. The salad was full of great ingredients followed by a delicious raspberry sorbet. My wife's food and my dad's kabobs were excellent. My meal on the other hand and my dad's baked potato was room temp at best. My baked potato wasnt warm enough to even melt butter. My shrimp were room temp and all of the tables soups were room temp. The waitress did excellent and I felt bad for her. Overall for a 63 dollar per person experience this was a HUGE let down.

A nice, upscale vibe for Salisbury. The food and drinks were excellently, my filet was expertly cooked, and the service we received from Dallas was top notch.

Went there 11/1/25 to have a pre- Birthday dinner, was asked did I have a reservation, which is not required, told there were no empty tables, which I could obviously see empty tables, then I was told I could go the bar and be served in about an hour,so I politely turned around and left, not trying to throw them under the bus because the menu looked very good, but I never got to experience anything except for the greeters,would love to try it.

We’ve lived a lot of interesting places, and this is one of the best dining experiences we’ve ever had.
We did not have a reservation on a Friday night and couldn’t get a table right away, so we sat at the bar and had beverages and played some (provided) table games. Then, once we were seated, the food was amazing. Server, Lauren, was kind and conversational. It was Halloween so she was dressed as Wilma from the Flintstones.
The food came out at a very nice pace. No rush. Just the most enjoyable evening!
So impressed. Top marks and we will be back with friends and family (probably later this weekend—haha).

To be fair, service was great! We were a party of 6 and and 3 had steaks. Everyone who had steaks were very happy. It was a birthday celebration for my sister. She ordered large scallops $44. She asked our server how many scallops and she said 6 or 7. This scallops were not large, looked more like bay scallops. She expressed her dissatisfaction and no one cared. I had tuna med rare to med and to be honest it was cooked that way but cold. I was asked if I wanted it cooked more. Rather than having it cooked more I declined and was told it would be taken off the bill. Also ordered 6 grilled shrimp which I never received. Was charged for that as well so had to get that removed from the bill as well. The martinis were good so ordered a second with with blue cheese stuffed olives. Imagine my surprise when I bit into the olive and bit into a pit rather than blue cheese. Asked for a manager and the blond manager came over and said we can't help how the olives are. That's the way they come to us. She also said with attitude, "Apparently we can't please you." I replied, -"No you can not. Thank goodness that pit didn't require additional dental work. Nobody here gave a sh@t that it was a birthday. Nothing special at all. Dark room doesn't equal fine dining and ambiance. Bottom line, check your bill before leaving. They will slide charges in for items you do not receive! Unless you are a regular I would advise skipping this place.

My buddies 50th was celebrated last night at Ivans. The food, service, atmosphere, everything Top Notch!
This is the best filet I've had, period.
The service can't be beat. You have an awesome staff that takes great care of their guests.

Surprise birthday party for me. My meal was disappointing. The scallops description reads large grilled scallops. There were about 8 on the plate and all but one were the size of bay scallops, maybe the size of a nickel. The one larger one was about the size of a quarter. Brought it to their attention and no offer to correct the problem, bring more, reduce price....nothing. I guess I am used to Ruby Tuesdays scallops which are truly large and not as pricey. Martini was good tho.
This is by far the best steak and best service around. This was our first time eating at Ivan's celebrating a friend's birthday party. So glad we found this place. We will return.

I took a friend for a birthday gift. He ordered NY Strip and sweet potato fries. I tasted the fries-flavor was great! It was like warm. He said the steak was great. I ordered the beer and cheese boule and baked Brie. I was unimpressed with both. The boule was salty water. The Brie did not give when opened, which meant the temperature was incorrect. I will not be back. Atmosphere was amazing. Our server was wonderful!!

We ordered the crab dip and badda bing shrimp appetizers. Delicious! We had the peppercorn Parmesan on our salad. Steak was cooked and seasoned perfectly. Wait service was delightful. Recommend you call ahead to make seating reservations. This is not Applebees. This place is special.

Way to many drunk people couldn't even talk with my wife from hearing bad language and yelling from the drunk golfers will not be ever coming back it's a one and done prices are way to high for the way they conduct business if I could rate it a negative I would
