This was off the Jake Alexandria location. Sandwiches were delicious with lots of meat. The Deli Clerk and Cashier was exceptional, professional, courteous, friendly in helping us with our orders. All sandwiches were prepared in a timely manner. Thank you! Please keep that great spirit you have. We need more workers like you!

Absolutely unsanitary. There were sandwiches directly on the tables, wet receipts under sandwiches, etc AND they lost what we ordered in the lineup and had to remake one of the subs, which held up the long line further.
Will never return to this location. Expensive subs for such an awful experience.

I ordered my sandwich on the door dash app for pick up while sitting outside the store as I had all my children with me I sent my 15 year old son in to wait for my order after over 20 minutes have come and gone and as I was parked outside their front door the entire time I started to get frustrated over the fact that there was one other person in the store besides the 5-6 random children running around and playing with toys in the lobby besides my son who was sitting at a table for 20 minutes waiting on a COLD hoagie just one COLD hoagie so I went in and said to my son what's the hold up their not even busy and the lady behind the counter started running her mouth saying actually we have been very busy today thank you and looks at the other employee who says what are they waiting on and the employee points at the already made sandwich that had been sitting on the end of the line waiting for lettuce tomatoes red onion extra mayo oil and vinegar so I said if there's no one else in here except my son and this other lady why is it just sitting there when there's two of you one making a sandwich one standing there running her mouth because all her job is to do is cut and wrap I said so if she's struggling you can't top the sandwich for her cut and wrap it and she said nope I can't, then they employee next to her jumped in threatening to throw my sandwich in the garbage if I didn't shut my mouth, and then went ahead to go at my 15 year old son for just sitting on his phone and not even coming up and saying what he was waiting for although when I came in the door they immediately knew what I was waiting for at that point I politely told them to leave my minor son out of it and address me mean while my sandwich is still just sitting there with another employee and a manager standing behind them just watching it all unfold, finally the lady waiting on her door dash order had enough of the way they where treating us and said I've been in here waiting on a door dash for over 35 minutes and you guys have done nothing but talk to each other and tend to your kids you guys are using your dining room as a day care for you haven't had any customers but us and walked out the door with her door dash order, I then proceeded to ask them to just finish my sandwich so I could leave they finished it still running their mouths handed the bag to me and my son and I stopped to checked it and the manager then wanted to jump in and say it's all in there when he wanted to be silent the entire time until then. I proceeded to walk out of the establishment followed by an employee yelling and threatening to take pictures of my license plate and catch me outside. After dealing with all of that I got home and the sandwich wasn't made right and the bread was so hard and stale from sitting out on the end of the line for almost 40 minutes. Coming from someone who has been a general manager of fast food chains for nearly 10 years in a busy city before moving down here a couple months ago I truly don't know how these places keep their doors open.

I stopped here for a quick sandwich and wish I didn't. The staff was disorganized and could not get the orders straight. The food was mediocre at best. Only half of the cheese was melted, presentation was sloppy. Ingredients were just tossed on the bread. Ice tea had a nasty bleach after taste. Overall poor! Not recommended.
This location is always disappointing compared to the Jake Alexander location I normally go to. The portions seem different. This particular time our subs were not labeled, an ingredient was put on the wrong sandwich, & they were dry/missing the oil/vinegar, salt & oregano. Jersey Mike's is great quality & their subs are great. This location is just never the Jersey Mike's experience I'm used to.

The food was good, but the toppings on the portabella cheese steak sandwich were stuck to the wrapper and turned it into a mess trying to unwrap.
Terrible!! Staff was playing around. One employee only could talk and give food for friends coming in. A total disaster in store and employees. Dirty. We left without getting food.
