This location is always disappointing compared to the Jake Alexander location I normally go to. The portions seem different. This particular time our subs were not labeled, an ingredient was put on the wrong sandwich, & they were dry/missing the oil/vinegar, salt & oregano. Jersey Mike's is great quality & their subs are great. This location is just never the Jersey Mike's experience I'm used to.

The food was good, but the toppings on the portabella cheese steak sandwich were stuck to the wrapper and turned it into a mess trying to unwrap.
Terrible!! Staff was playing around. One employee only could talk and give food for friends coming in. A total disaster in store and employees. Dirty. We left without getting food.

It’s been awhile since I had visited this particular location. When we got in for dinner, there was a small line, nothing terrible. Even though they were busy, the staff was having a great time, kept a smile on their faces and humor to make you forget the wait. Food was just as good as expected as well. Always a good experience for me at this location, thank you to the staff ❤️

This location has some of the most rude employees. I asked if they could honor a buy one get one free coupon that expires 8/11. It's 8/10 so I thought no big deal. They told me the coupon is only for in store purchases to which I showed them that it says in app and in store purchases. They told me they didn't care and wouldn't give me a refund or honor the coupon. I won't be back to this location after being treated so rudely by staff.

Ordered a Regular Chicken Bacon Ranch mikes way from this location and waited for it to be made. I noticed when I got up to pay that my sandwich was noticeably larger than a regular. Though the cashier was prepared to ring me up for at regular price. I pointed out that it couldn’t be my sandwich because I ordered a regular and not a giant. Cashier opens the order up to confirm it in fact was my order just on a giant sized sub that wasn’t gluten free. Not a big deal though, I go ahead and pay while I wait for them to remake my order. The order is remade and then they ask me to pay for a second time…….im starting to see what the problem is. I open it up before I leave and it’s not mikes way and there’s no ranch. I get them to fix my sandwich again and leave. Go across town to the other jersey mikes.

The ordered sandwiches were delivered correct..however the side orders of chips were no where near correct, and I ordered two brownies..which show on the receipt..but received cookies instead.. disappointed..

WHERE IS THE MEAT.AVOID THIS LOCATIONIf you are going to charge double the price of subway, you should include more than a slice of meat per sandwich.I paid for a Giant #8 and got maybe 1 slice of ham and 1 of turkey.
