Excellent food and services. We visited on 9.8.25 around 1130 from the VA. This place is exceptional clean and refreshing to dine in or take out. The workers clothes was cleaned. The prep tables was clean and food wasn't on the floor behind the counter. The windows and glass doors was cleaned....not dust, hand prints or food smears noted on the tables. Please keep it up.

I ordered thru the app for drive thru waited maybe 10 minutes i drive all the way home only to find out it’s not even the right sandwich. I drive back, different staff now which is interesting cuz she claims she made it right. I ordered it without things that were clearly on it. They didn’t even bother to check if it was right. Claims it will be refunded in two to three business days like you could’ve just remade it right. I spent 31.82 dollars of my hard working money only to get two drink, bag of chips a cookie and a big thing of useless ranch. I don’t eat here often like it’s been months. Took the receipt took the sandwich. No stars for real none

I went to get my order replaced from the last time they messed it up. All that money and they literally took one slice of turkey ripped it up and put it on my sandwich. This was basically a cheese and veggie sub. I'm trying to post the video of my sandwich when I got home and had to add mayo

The food was great!! On the other hand I placed my order, got to the window the and was handing my card to the girl she had the key pad on a stick and said it’s better if you hold it. I tapped my card and before realizing it I clicked okay to pay and at that moment I was like wait a min she said $25 and some change. So I questioned her about it and she said let me look and closed the window. Came back and said it added a tip. There was no option for a tip on the key pad. Ole girl was trying to get me for an almost $4 tip for taking my order and handing me my food. She said the manager took care of it but I’ll be checking my bank account to see if it was returned. You run a drive through you are not a waitress you are not entitled to a tip you literally took my order and handed me my food and stole from me. And acted like you didn’t do anything wrong I doubt the register just rings in a tip. Y’all better be watching these ppl they are scamming you out of your hard earn money when they make more than $2.30 an hour or however much a waitress makes an hour. Stop steeling!!!

I'd give no stars if possible. Freaky fast? Waited an hour for my food then didn't get the 2 packs of ranch I ordered, drink no longer had ice, an absolute disgrace. 30 dollars wasted. In exchange for no ranch they gave me an additional quartered pickle, which also soaked absolutely everything in the bag. And DOES THIS LOOK CUT IN HALF?
