Do not go here on weekends. They have a whole different crew of teenagers working who couldn’t care less. It’s wonderful during the week and the food is fantastic, but weekends it’s terrible. Chicken wasn’t done and they forgot our biscuits. We ordered extra crispy and they gave us original. This is the second time we’ve tried on weekends and both times have been bad. Go during the week for a better experience!

I wanted go inside to order it was 9:10 pm and it said that Dining room close at 10:00 pm and The Doors was lock so I when to the drive thou And they said they was out off chicken that was a big disappointment so my kids wanted KFC and I had to tell them they can’t have any And they was so upset

I came to KFC for the chicken, but stayed for the hot sauce… Only to find out y’all are rationing it like it’s liquid gold. 💀 Three packs? For a family meal?? Be for real.
At this point, I’m gonna need a “sauce surcharge” refund. Next time, I’m bringing my own bottle like it’s a BBQ. 🔥🍗

Very poor customer Service. The young lady taking orders in the drive thru was tremendously rude and the manager for that day was extremely unprofessional. Made me not want to EVER EAT THERE AGAIN.
If Col Sanders was there, he would not be happy. The food just wasn't great. We got an 8 piece bucket. My husband had a breast piece. There wasn't much chicken, more bones, and other stuff we could not identify. We just moved to this area and thought we'd give it a try. Never again, at least not this location. The mashed potatoes didn't taste like I had before. The biscuits seemed old, stale. For how expensive it is, I expected better. I don't mind paying for what I order, but I expect it to be at least a 7 out of 10. I put this at a 3!!

Again went through drive thru ,again asked for buffalo ranch dipping sauce ,again did not get any ,defeating the purpose of going to drive thru if I still have to go inside ,also watched a free loader walk around to people in parking lot ,I assume asking for money ,,workers bringing out people's orders see's him but does nothing about it ,,maybe give him a job making sure orders are correct

I placed a mobile order to pick up at this location. This is my first time placing a mobile order with KFC. I went in to pick up my food and by mistake did not read or see the sign that says for me to check in with them first, so I went to grab my food. Mind you I had a dental procedure this morning so I’m a little loopy from the medication so again my bad for not reading the sign. The front desk worker rudely came over to me and said ma’am, can I help you I said yeah I’m just getting my food she said well can you not read, I said I’m sorry no I didn’t read the sign. She said the sign is right there big enough for you to see I said I’m sorry I overlooked the sign. She continued to be rude and smart off to me about me not seeing the sign .she could have easily said Excuse me, ma’am, I need you to check in with me first but no she had to be a rude and hateful. Very poor customer service.

I got blindsided with some of my credit cards not working when I went to pay and I’m handing her another card and she tells me she’s gonna need the food back if it doesn’t go through. Her tone was just cold and rude, the cards should’ve all had money on them so I’m not sure why they didn’t, but she made me feel like an idiot while paying. After the card works she’s just staring at me, I didn’t know if there was anything else she needed to hand me and she just says “why are you still here.” Honestly I don’t know how someone like this is even allowed in customer service. I told her “haven’t you ever been in a tough spot?” It’s just messed up. I won’t ever come back here.
Also the famous bowl with gravy in the bag wasn’t even closed, so I pull it out of the bag and the gravy is just coming out of the bowl falling on my seat. Yeah. Just bad service all around. Again, will not be coming back here.

Yall SUCK!!!! Made an order at 8:40p Togo. This place doesn't close until 10p. Got there, told they don't have any chicken, they have chicken nuggets. We change our order for chicken nuggests, two Cole slaw, two mashed potatoes with gravy and two teas, no big deal im not picky just very hungry. Waited until 9:45 to say they couldn't make our order. That is pure laziness if you ask me. Do better people at KFC in Salisbury or find another job.
