I don’t NEVER leave a review BUT TODAY I MOST DEFINITELY WILL!!!! I call to ask a quick question and the young lady that answered the phone couldn’t answer it so she ask me if I would like to talk to a manager. I told her sure, I could hear the manager in the background say “if she needs to ask me anything then she’s gonna have to wait because I’m busy” in a very Nasty tone. That was totally unprofessional and she said it loud enough for me to her it all the way on my end. We all have work but if I’m supporting the business you should at least know how to talk to people. Call me petty but I’ll drive to HP from now on.

Why is it that the new pumpkin donuts came out to attract customers and they never have them during the day? It looks to me like a good manager or a good owner would see that if a product is selling out that fast, then that means I should have more of it available in order to make more profit. Does that only make sense to me?

Was the best until today. Stopped in to get the new Italy doughnut and was told they weren't able to sell them until after 5pm I've stopped 2xs since last week for work and had no problem. Kinda stinks for 2nd shift workers.

This is quite literally the nicest and best Krispy Kreme I have been to. So much more friendly and welcoming than the one in Concord Mills. The gentleman who took my order was very kind and sweet and helped me pick out a coffee to try. The lady (I believe she was either the manager or general manager) was also super kind and sweet as well. She even helped me take my order to my car because I use a cane... I highly recommend coming here... I am always happy to drive an hour out of the way and always will drive an hour out of the way to get amazing donuts and interact with kind staff!

LOVE LOVE LOVE KRISPY KREME!!! My all time favorite donut shop! The original glazed and cream filled ones are my favorite! I went to the one in Salisbury. Plenty of parking, tables to sit at, waited on fast, and lots of donuts to choose from. I also picked up a cup and bag, too cute to leave behind. The staff was very friendly. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND KRISPY KREME!

This location always treats my babies like family. They are always so kind and have a great selection - rarely out, and the filled doughnuts actually have enough filing in them, unlike a lot of the other locations.
