Why is it that the new pumpkin donuts came out to attract customers and they never have them during the day? It looks to me like a good manager or a good owner would see that if a product is selling out that fast, then that means I should have more of it available in order to make more profit. Does that only make sense to me?
1st time visit. Staff didn't answer my initial question. Even when I asked a second person I was not spoken to directly about it. I got my answer through the process and paid.
This is quite literally the nicest and best Krispy Kreme I have been to. So much more friendly and welcoming than the one in Concord Mills. The gentleman who took my order was very kind and sweet and helped me pick out a coffee to try. The lady (I believe she was either the manager or general manager) was also super kind and sweet as well. She even helped me take my order to my car because I use a cane... I highly recommend coming here... I am always happy to drive an hour out...
