First time here and my last. Very disappointed with this place. Have wanted to try it for years and finally have it ago.Place looks run down and can't tell if they're open, very few cars if any outside.Place says the have the best Philly cheese steaks and it's one of my favorite foods so I decided to try it out.Got inside and no one at the counter. Finally someone came up and I told them I wanted to dine inside. They said you order at the register and then sit down. Never offered a menu. Saw the special on the board was a Philly combo so I went ahead and ordered since that's what I came for. The guy gives me a receipt and looks for me to leave a tip which I did. He thanks me and tells me to sit down anywhere.My food is sent out in a to go box with a shaker of season salt and ketchup. No utensils. Food is good. Not amazing but it's nice and hot.The person checks on the only other table several times but leaves me alone. Never ask how my food is, offer refill on tea. I see him look at me several times but never offers any customer service. Apparently I didn't leave a big enough pre- tip.As I leave, no words, thanks for coming, come back. Just as I never got a welcome.There seems to be a lot of take out orders and everyone seems to be a regular.Not worth a second visit. I mean the food is good but if you don't know how to treat customers why would they want to come back?

I just moved to the area so my husband and I wanted to find our new favorite spot. This will def be one of our go toos. The owner was so nice and welcoming. The good was delicious with big portions. Highly recommend!

The portion is large but somewhat greasy, I like it for fast food.
1st time coming here with family and we all absolutely loved it! It’s a takeout restaurant but do have the option to sit and eat. The owner was very nice, friendly and funny! Dad and I Ordered Philly cheesesteak supreme combo and it was the best I’ve had! Will definitely get full from just the cheesesteak alone, it’s ALOT!! Everything is cooked FRESH and made to order! Real meat! Veggies sautéed perfectly! Mom ordered cheeseburger and she loved it! It was a big mouth watering burger with all the fixings, FRESH, including homemade slaw! Will definitely be returning for more deliciousness!! Highly recommend!! 2 thumbs up!!

The place is dirty and nasty looking. I ordered a Philly because that’s what the reviews raved about. I VERY SPECIFICALLY said I only wanted mushrooms but when I got home 30 minutes away, it had no mushrooms and instead peppers and onions not to mention the entire sandwich is coated in so much cheese that you can’t even taste the meat underneath. I love cheese but this is just way too much. Highly disappointed and spent WAY too much for a sandwich that went in the garbage and a few cold fries.

I think the owner was taking my order and he was very kind and friendly, I had never been there and his exact words were “you’re gonna love it, it’s the best steak Philly” he was right, this is now gonna be a go to spot for me. The fries were crispy and were well seasoned. The steak had some real kick with the jalapeños, the bread was nice and crunchy and it was all around delicious with good presentation.
