This restaurant just knocks it out of the ballpark in service and quality. It is our favorite Longhorn location, and we are never disappointed. The food is always fresh, order is accurate, and service is great. We drive from Statesville and it’s worth the drive.

I wish I could remember our servers name because she was the Absolute best across the board that I've had in more than 10 years. I think it started with an A. (Sorry I don't hear well anymore) The food was cooked to order and everything arrived as it should and that does also have a lot to do with your sever.
It was my son and I and our bill was 105$ and that was fine with our drinks and food, I was so impressed with our sever that I gave her 40$ tip. I sure hope i can find out her name and add it to this review.

Me and my wife went to eat, I had just got out of hospital, I ordered a sirloin, Medium rare, well got a fillet and it was xtra rare, sent it back still was rare same steak, manager took it back still a fillet, it was still rare, , manager took care of ticket , but still didn’t account that I left without eating, just came home., I won’t go back period.

Great place for lunch. The Wild West Shrimp and steak burger is fantastic. Our server, CJ was awesome! It was busy but she was checking in on us, very friendly and not once let our glasses get empty. We will be back.

The Salisbury location needs to do better. Our waitress acted like she didn't want to service our table. She preferred to play with a baby rather than working. I will NEVER visit that location again.

I don’t usually complain but when you spend $50 on burgers they better be good! The service was slow, hubbys burger didn’t have bacon, he was almost done eating it when we finally saw her again 10 minutes later. The French fries were bone cold, again, waitress no where to be found. We get done and get the bill, she’s gone again and my daughter still needed a box. Ten more minutes pass, I finally flag down a different waitress and give her my payment. We won’t be back for awhile!

We live in Washington State and there are no Longhorns that I am aware of? I've been hearing about the restaurant for a while now and wanted to give it a try. I can say this was one of the few restaurants that lived up to the hype! Food was excellent 👍... The hospitality was even better!

The food was ok the waiter was great !! It was around 9:30 pm I could not believe the person who seat us, thought we would set at a table(s! With trash and food on the floor. I had to tell her to clean the floor before we sit down. Someone should clean floor every time guest leave. Whoever is doing nothing, should clean the floor, instead of just sitting around

I ordered a sirloin steak, potato and Brussels sprouts Steak was ordered medium. It can rare. It was purple inside. I cut it up into several pieces looking for a medium rare or med bite to eat. But only a couple of pieces on the end. Called my waitress over and showed her which she agreed. It was rare and purple. She took it back and instead of cooking a new one up, they either nucked the pieces or put them in a pan to cook them further. The pieces came back gray and dried up. It was terrible. I couldn't even finish my meal nor even eat the steak. I asked for the check and left. They charged me full price not even offering to comp a dessert or anything. I left my plate full of food in the table Do Not order any beef here. Their Salmon is great but not the beef. Vicki
