Ordered chicken strip meal with extra salad with no cucumbers on either salad needless to say when we got home both salads had cucumbers it’s too far to drive back to get them fixed like we wanted. Not happy

All the way from the greeter to the server were top notch! the ribeye was cooked as I ordered the booth and surrounding atmosphere was as a steakhouse should be. I travel a lot! Coming to an establishment that gives you the service that makes you comfortable is rare! I enjoyed my meal very much. BTW, please bring back the horseradish to the menu.Thank you for a great dining experience.

It would have been phenomenal except not only was there no glaze on the salmon but I asked for a extra. Also, I asked for no sour cream for my baked potato but it was mixed in with the fixings. Also, all the butter was just thrown in the paper bag, melted under all the hot food & caused the bottom of the paper bag to fall apart.
My family and I have been to this restaurant numerous times. We've always had great service and food! This last time was a huge disappointment. I believe we had someone new waiting on us. This young man barely acknowledged us while we were there and we had to keep asking other servers to bring us drinks, bring us plates, refill drinks, bring us boxes to go, Etc. Also, he never asked if either myself or my mother wanted gravy with our chop steak. She has a severe food allergy and is gluten intolerant. The gravy came on hers and it took two different servers to find out for sure if the gravy had wheat in it. It's a good thing that my family is well educated when it comes to food items containing wheat and my mother didn't eat the chop steak. Another server came out and quickly offered to have the dish remade for her and brought back out. Again, I'm assuming that the server was brand new, and that's why we were not being waited on by him almost the entire time. It really ruined the meal. My mom was just getting her food when everybody else was finished eating. It might be a while before we go back and try this again.

Very nice place. I had. A ceaser salad and a shrimp and lobster soup for lunch. Soup tasted like it came out of a can. The server once she brought our food only came back at the end of our meal asking if we wanted dessert. So I never was able to say anything about the soup. We ate lunch at 2pm it was not full or half full. Besides the can tasting soup and bad service it was good. I think next time if I'm the area I will try somewhere else. We are nice polite people. I don't like giving bad reviews and I don't give many bad reviews. As a server you are supposed to check on your clients. I had to ask for my change when I paid my check. You took my order sat my food down and ignored my table till time foe us to leave. No you may not keep my change. I'm sure all the wait staff isn't like that , yet it was enough for me not to want to go back.

I ordered the lamb chop meal . I asked the waitress , where is my salad when she brung husbands , she stated it doesn’t comes with a salad . she said it comes with 1 side or salad . So I point it out in the menu it does not state that , so she gets the manger . The manger emphasizes what the waitress just told me , so I says that’s not what the menu says , so the manger says well that’s what they meant . How me as customer supposed to know that’s what that meant if I was taught the difference between or and , and . Needless to say I left as a unhappy customer with no food . I refused to spend my money with establishment I gotta read between the lines to order a meal.
