Los Arcos Mexican Restaurant

Went in this evening, for the first time in a few months. Walked in and was seated immediately. I was also brought chips and salsa right away. Then sat there for 5 minutes, with a waiter and waitress at the next table folding napkins. No one bothered to take my drink or food order, so I got up and left. Poor service.

Not only does Los arcos have amazing food, it also has amazing staff! I would definitely recommend this place to anybody looking for a good meal whether you're eating tacos enchiladas or something else I guarantee you will love it.

Vegetarian options: This place is not meant for vegetarians but there are a couple of options for vegetarians

Kid-friendliness: This is a very kid friendly place to eat. there is a kids menu and plenty of drink options for kids

Wheelchair accessibility: Very accessible to wheelchairs. At the entrance there's a little thingy built into the sidewalk that wheelchairs can go up.

Walked in around 9:15, and the smell from the restroom leaked out into the restaurant. I had to ask for new seating. Corn was extremely cold, after waiting for almost an hour, and it wasn’t packed; Chicken was swimming in sauce, my beans were cold, and I just wasn’t happy.

I am overall disappointed the place was not packed at all but we wait over an hour for our food. The corn was cold like it came out the refrigerator. They brought my daughter’s barbecue wings swimming in sauce. We waited for 30 mins with no water while our waiter was laughing with his coworkers. When our food finally came it was cold. We didn’t even eat.

10.99 for a small bowl of cold cheese dip? Chicken nachos were at least 3 days old, bland, dry.. I tried 2 mixed drinks from the bar, both were terrible. Everyone at our table tried them and agreed. So I just drank water. We tried the street corn, way too much salt. I told them SEVERAL times it was my friends 40th bday.. they never sang or anything, but did for the table beside us. Idk what was going on but it was all just terrible.
