The manager was over the top customer service oriented! There was a communication breakdown with the server and so he personally assisted us. Ask for the Talapia to be seasoned it is the bomb! The tilapia filet comes breaded with seasoning and is good. We will be back again!

I've eaten here a few times because I like the food but other issues are a serious problem - karaoke with casual "N" words, shady issues with my bill, incorrect change, $5 charge for guac on side when it is supposed to come with the meal, visits from the police including an investigation related to a fight which resulted in a customer getting stabbed in December 2023.

First time here and it was pretty good. The service was great, friendly staff. The chips and salsa were great. The main dish I had, Chicken and Rice (ACP basically), however, was a bit disappointing. It is my go-to for first impressions as it is one of my favorite meals. I rate the dish a 3/5, but I did not hate it. It was also decently sized.My first impression on the PRICING scared me. They have some more expensive dishes so I thought they might all be kind of expensive. Don't let that fool you, there are <$15 dishes.Do I recommend Mazatlan? Yes, as I recommend you give it a fair try yourself and rate your own experience.

Went here and the place was nicely decorated and had a good atmosphere. We were the only people there. I understand there wasn’t much for staff to do as the place was very clean but the waitresses were all sitting in the dining area on their phones which wasn’t super professional. The food was not great. After asking for hot salsa I will give them credit for that bc it was very good but the food overall was lacking flavor.

Food was not the best I've had but would still say it was good the karaoke music got turned up too loud. Our Poor server was hindered by the kitchen. The food for our group of 4 came out 1 at a time 10 min apart we had to change the last order to go.
