This was good. They were slammed, but they were quick and food was fresh for a change. Not much luck in McDonald's lately, so this was nice to have a decent experience here. Give credit where credit is due!

My son and I waited almost an hour for our meal. They almost cleared the dining area, and I had to ask where our food was. When I asked, the young lady assumed I already had it and couldn't find our items. So, they had to prepare it again. No apologies or anything.

Ordered for delivery and its always a hit or miss but this time i paid for 13 cookies and only got 8 i ordered 3 frappe's and they were half full the driver swear they didn't touch my food so i call them and no answer never do they answer i think its ratchet here.

Most of the employees are rude or smart and completely ignore any person in the dining room. If they are not smart or rude then they were not trained correctly or don’t have a clue what to do or what is going on.
