I’ve asked for cook to order fries at this location a few times and they will pull me up and make me wait and bring out a half filled carton of “not” fresh or made to order fries - don’t eat here - this location never serves fresh food - and don’t try to call the phone line is always “busy”

They all act like they on drugs can't get orders right didn't put my fries in the bag or didn't give me my drink.. they move slow and they act slow smh the worse McDonald's
Breakfast burritos look and taste like pre-made at times. The cheese was hard and burritos dry. It's a hit or miss with the Breakfast burritos. I have pictures to prove it. I'm just go out of my way and go Taco Bell for my Breakfast. Taco Bell has the best Breakfast burritos I've ever tasted so I go leave way early if I want one. The person in the drive threw windows are supper sweet always and no issues with another food I've bought, just the burritos. The drive through window at paying is SUPER SWEET!! And pick up window always nice and smiling.

So on 9-7-24 my wife and daughter go to eat at the McDonald's location on Jake Alexander in Salisbury NC while Waiting for their food you have people fighting and cussing in the back of restaurant all the while the manger is on-site nothing is gonna come out of this. McDonald's needs to investigate this place. This isn't at all professional and when you have a restaurant full of people doing this. Someone needs to go it's uncalled for.
