I get sometimes it gets crazy busy and mistakes happen. But first thing this morning they messed up my order and I brought it back explaining I ordered a steak egg and cheese biscuit and received a sausage biscuit. Not one apology from the manager. She just had them give me another biscuit. Fixing the order is one thing but customer service needs to be better at this place.

I don't usually eat at McDonald's but I like the snack wraps. They were just as good as I remembered them. The food was fresh and hot. Everything was done quickly and friendly. Overall I was happy with the experience.

This location had the worst food. The cheese burger bun was stale and the fries were horrible and the sprite was flat. If I could have I would have turned around and taken the food back. The service was better than the food. I usually take this way home on Tuesdays and Fridays and this past Monday I thought that I would give this location a try, but never again.

Horrible. Cold fries and a Big Mac with one patty. And wasn't made correctly at that. I will not go to any of the McDonald's in Salisbury again. They are owned by the same person who is accepting of horrible customer service and inadequte quality.
Update: 7 years later and they are still horrible. Bad attitude and 2 sauces for 3 orders of nuggets.

I’ve asked for cook to order fries at this location a few times and they will pull me up and make me wait and bring out a half filled carton of “not” fresh or made to order fries - don’t eat here - this location never serves fresh food - and don’t try to call the phone line is always “busy”
