Disappointing experience. I ordered a cold brew but got a bitter iced coffee, and the matcha latte was not real matcha—it was white, bland, and tasted like almond milk. The barista was dismissive when I brought it up and didn’t offer to remake it. Long wait, poor service. Won’t be coming back.

I love Mean Mug the people are really nice the workers are friendly and reliable. they play music every Sunday live. I've been going there for years and it's very comfortable even if you want to go by yourself that's it

Awesome place in downtown Salisbury. I hid a gift bag there for a treasure hunt and the staff were amazing. TY by the way, you guys rock
