Mean Mug Coffee Company - Drive Thru

Me and a friend met here for the first time and although my vanilla chia tea was EXCELLENT! I was disappointed as I watch two small wood cockroaches crawling on the wall and the red cup on the shelf near the wall. I’ve called serval times to try and speak with management to inform them but know one will answer even after three day so I am writing this review to inform them and the public.

I love this coffee shop. It has become my favorite in Salisbury. I mostly go inside but have on occasions ordered using the drive thru. The coffee is amazing and has always been on point . I especially enjoy the golden latte. They have delicious home made pound cake. I love the blueberry and my husband's favorite is the coffee cake pound cafe. The service has always been great and friendly staff. I love the coffee aroma inside from the coffee roasting room . Clean shop with a good sanitation rating. We take our family and friends from Florida when they are visiting and we have never been disappointed.

Absolutely gross! Just ordered 2 pumpkin spice lattes and not only do they smell like hot garbage they tasted even worse! Not sure what is going on here. The last time we came here wasn’t that great so we decided to give them a second chance and unfortunately it was a big fail! Gross! The coffee literally tastes and smells like a garbage plant and my stomach is starting to hurt.

Generally a bit dirty and dead bugs on the floor. This was the minute they opened so it should have been cleaned from the night before.

1st time going there. I got a bagel.. asked for it to be krispy with cream cheese and bottled water. The bagel was chewy, i dont know if I'll ever go back. The workers were nice though.

No one in parking lot. Took 20 minutes for 3 coffees and a sandwich that was made wrong. Said no mustard you confirmed. Thanks wont be back

Went for coffee, the Batista was very helpful and friendly! Service was great delivered to our table outside! We will be back again

Stopped for a hot coffee for my wife and to get another mug for her collection. She liked the golden latte and I liked the carmel macchiato. Outside setting great for dogs too

Quick and friendly, the drive-thru is very accommodating when you don’t want to go inside to get coffee.

We stopped for what we thought would be a quick breakfast stop, turned into a hour long. Left two of our orders off and we had to ask twice before we finally got them to go. No apology at all. First and last for us.

Went through the drive thru for chai lattes and are very disappointed. They do not taste like chai and are really thick. Almost like hot chocolate. Upsetting.

Cheerwine frappe is amazing. The little girl working was new but very friendly. The manager came to the window to make sure our order was correct. All of them were very friendly and professional. Best thing of all is I got 4 large frappes and was only 23 dollars. Absolutely love this place.

I would recommend this place if you were looking for some good coffee- the food though- disappointed- I ordered the guats up breakfast- did not come with the beans .

usually like coming here, coffee and hot chocolate is good. Got the guats up today and everything was frozen cold, as if they just took it out the fridge and served it. I couldn’t finish my beans at all because they were literally frozen cold. The girls up front are nice, but after waiting for a while to have our food out i didnt expect to be eating cold food.
