Food was microwaved, salad bowl less than half full, mostly croutons.

Got take out, waited in to go parking spot, waitress brought it out, not very friendly, spoke 2 words and left. Got home opened up meals, the salad was bigger than the main course. Plenty of bread sticks, but for 50.00 for 2 meals i would ecpect more on the plate.

On Saturday, March 8, we picked up our to go order. It was the family style lasagna, chicken alfredo, salad, and breadsticks. We received what I thought was the entire order but once we got home, the chicken was missing from the Alfredo. The noodles and sauce are packaged separately so I opened the sauce hoping the chicken was in the sauce but it was not. I called the Salisbury location and was directed to a manager who was apologetic and asked for my email address. As I was giving it to her, another manager told her they verified the chicken was in the pan. I will be honest, I am not going to argue over chicken. They made a mistake. I am writing this review to tell you to check your family style orders. It is a pain to take the lid off and make sure everything is there but do it anyway just for your piece of mind. Otherwise, when you call back, they are not going to help you. I understand so many people try to be dishonest. However, I am not one of those people.

On 2/8 my friend and I were escorted to a table by the hostess, who really didn't greet us. She sat us in the middle area where noone else was sitting, but people were sitting around. She didn't say anything to us like the waitress name and or that he/she would be assisting up soon. We sat there watching other tables get served well over 10 minutes or more. I then asked the waitress at the next table did she know who our waitress was supposed to be and she stated she would find out. Our waitress finally came to our table and stated she was not informed and that this a new section for her. She did apologize for not being accessible. I then spoke to a female manager. Hostess set the tone to me, if not greeted properly then that signals bad news for me and it was initially it was. Please screen and train your hostesses, this job isn't for everyone

Not at all pleased with the food today. You have an excuse as to why our drinks came out after our food. Yet other drinks are being served to other tables right in our face. Not to mention having our appetizers and entrees served at the same time with no space on the table. We felt rushed and just told whatever. If your sauce is broken and you know that your cooks are cooking the Carbonara sauce too fast why are they not being trained to properly do this. Furthermore communicate this with your customers nobody wants broken sauce.

If your systems are broken down your team should be communicating amongst each other to ensure that orders are being processed correctly. Telling me they put sugar on rim and it took 30 mins to get that right is ridiculous. We got water and sat, no bread, nothing.

Tiger was cool but made a joke about bringing our food out too early again “NOT FUNNY” because it still came out horribly. You did the best you could it’s not like you’re cooking but I would hold off on joking about the service customers are receiving. But hey that’s what we get for dining cheap. Never again.

As always, soup, salad and breadsticks takes the win! Someone in our group tried the new "limited time" manicotti and it was a tragic fail. There was very little cheese on the inside and the noodles was a strange consistency. Topped with the usual meat sauce, it included pepperoni and we were just a little disappointed that Olive Garden would think that was a good idea. Over all prices have went up but the quality didn't.

I’ve been going to this Olive Garden for 15 years , was there February 7 at 6:30 for dinner with a party of 12, they couldn’t even put us all together the restaurant was not busy at all., The room we were in was totally empty, there were waitresses, sitting folding napkins. Our waitress was not very attentive very slow, and I guess you don’t use cloth napkins anymore we couldn’t get any. She finally did bring us some paper napkins.Took forever for The kids to get their smoothies. It’s like everything was running late and the restaurant was empty. It took us an hour to get dinner. The appetizer cheese sticks taste like they were freezer burnt, the eggplant parmigiana had no taste at all. There were something wrong with it and I’ve always got eggplant Parmesan, which is my favorite. The salad was drenched with dressing and it had big chunks of lettuce, no olives, no onion at all in It. This Olive Garden has gone downhill. I won’t be going back here.

Had our company Christmas Party there. Staff accompanied us well with limited, but adequate menu. Staff worked hard to serve us well. Pleasant staff and environment.
