EVERY table in the restaurant was dirty and I ended up having to clean my own table with disinfectant wipes. My salad was swimming in ranch and my sandwich was not right. The bacon was burnt and my tomato was missing. $46 dollars spent for a terrible experience.

I just had dinner at the Panera in Salisbury, NC. I'm not usually one to leave a bad review. However, this experience was so bad, that I feel compelled to let the owner know. In short, the food, service, and cleanliness of the restaurant were all terrible. First, the cashier who took my order was incredibly rude. He had a terrible attitude and acted annoyed that I was even in the restaurant. Most of the tables were dirty. There was a large puddle of liquid pooled at the base of the drink machine. You couldn't get a fountain drink without stepping onto a soaking wet mat in the middle of the puddle. The bathroom was also disgusting. I ordered a sesame chicken salad to go. What I received was a pile of ice-burg lettuce with chicken on top and a container of dressing---that's it. When I went to the cashier to question why I had not received romaine lettuce, almonds, cilantro, etc, he again acted annoyed. He prepared another asian sesame salad this time on ice-burg lettuce and mixed greens. When I asked him about the romaine, he forcefully responded "That is romaine." It clearly was not. I decided it's best not to argue with someone who might be special needs or on drugs. I left the restaurant. Worst Panera that I've ever visited.

Last time I was here, they were out of the basics, like chicken for salads and sandwiches.
This time, the places was almost empty, but they were a bit sloppy on sandwich construction, with meat all over the outside when I opened the wrapper.
They also totally forgot the sides that come with all the orders we made and I had to go ask for it.
They also didn’t call my name when the order was ready. It was sitting on the counter unlabeled and they were so quiet it did not sound like my name (which is very common and easy to say). Might have been the headphones they had in while they worked.

Went up there around 8:00 Saturday night nobody in drive thru 1 car in parking lot pulled up to the drive through lady said could I wait a moment sure no problem 15 minutes later nobody never came on pulled up to the window and observe worker sitting there on her phone DROVE

Ordered through the app and pulled up to the intercom and I had to wait for 5 minutes due to short staff. Understandable.
Then was told to just pull up to the window. Waited 10-15 mins while 4 staff members were talking while one was working. When the working staff was done, she turns to talk. Then the staff with the headset came to the window, asking what we were doing.
Normally, I'm more patient for those that really are short staffed, but not this. Parking lot was near empty so why they made me wait or asked why I was there made no sense.
Kept waiting in drive thru for over 10 minutes when I was the only customer. Went elsewhere

Ordered lunch through the site. Received the wrong sandwich which was disgusting, dry, with chunks of sliced cheese.
My cheddar and broccoli soup was lumpy and sour. The only thing they got right was the cookie and the drink. The last time I was in the area and ordered here they got my order wrong also. I won't make that mistake a third time.
I would add photos but I don't see an option.
