Adding to the chorus of bad reviews - clearly this location has management issues. Plenty of staff but super slow service. Staff seems super disorganized and reluctant to ask the manager for help. Place was dirty with an employee apron thrown on one table, trash on others, bathrooms disgusting.

I had to wait too long in the drive-through line to place and receive my order. There were only two cars, myself and the one in front of me. I ordered broccoli cheddar soup with bread and they said they have no bread. It’s called Panera bread how can you not have bread $9.30 for a bowl of soup and Cannot get the side that goes with it. They will not be getting my business again

I never leave food reviews clearly and I’ve given this location ample opportunities and I’m done, I’ll never come back to this location. It has clearly gone down hill and seems that even the managers and owner don’t even care. Every time I order a mobile order and pick it up in the drive thru something is missing or wrong. Today they gave me bread instead of chips because that’s the default and they couldn’t deign to read the receipt in which it was written on there. Didn’t give me my extra dressing either. And even if you click utensils half the time they don’t put them in there or leave out a spoon for soup… If I get a bakery item they almost ALWAYS forget it. It’s not that hard to read the receipt that you stick on the bag and put the proper contents in there or at LEAST double check it before you hand it over…
Today when I drove up to the speaker the car in front of me sat there forever. Then when it was my turn I wasn’t greeted and the typical welcome to Panera message didn’t play so I figured they had speaker issues. It doesn’t take much to make a sign and go place it on the speaker if that’s the case. I waited about 5 minutes and said “hello?” with no answer. So after a few more minutes I figured the speaker wasn’t working. When I pulled up the seemed surprised to see me — so now I’m assuming the speakers DID work. I’m fine with waiting, but the least you can do is acknowledge someone over the speaker and ask for a moment if you need it instead of ignoring someone. Pretty simple.
The ones at the window are hardly ever polite, no greeting, no ‘have a nice day’ and always in a hurry (which I get for a rush but for three cars you made wait forever?)
The girl at the window practically threw the bag at me when I went to reach for it. The soup was upside down in the bag and had leaked all over the bottom to where it was tearing and it got on my pants…
This whole store just sucks and is staffed with nothing but unprofessional teenagers and young adults who don’t want to be there.
Typically I love Panera. Sad that I’ve lost a lunch spot but I cannot continue to support this location and I’ve canceled my sip club as well. This place deserves to be shut down due to employee incompetence, just completely unacceptable for a business to run this way and clearly I’m just one in a long, long list of unhappy customers.

The drive-thru wait time was unacceptable today. Despite there being only three cars ahead of me, it took 10–15 minutes just to reach the ordering window. At that point, I was informed that my soup order would require another 10–15 minute wait. A 20–30 minute combined wait for a simple soup order in the drive-thru is simply ridiculous and a serious failure in service efficiency. I waited it out, but this level of delay needs immediate attention. Then I had to ask the young lady for my receipt, napkins, and spoons.

Sad part is the food is wonderful. But no matter the time of day, the service is absolutely horrible. The drive-thru is the slowest of any place I’ve seen. Staff moves like molasses.

Very rarely complain about food however ordered 1/2 cheesesteak ciabatta and 1/2 chili. 2 tiny pieces of meat covered maybe 20% of the bun. Took it up and asked and was told that was correct. Also, chili tasted like Hormel straight out of the can pasty. Will never go back. Felt like I was robbed. Certainly not worth the money.

One of the best features about panera bread is that you can order ahead of time and still dine in.So it's less of a wait. And just a walk up, grab your food and enjoy. I really love the atmosphere. It's very chill and lay back with some relaxing music and lots of different seating options.Whether it be inside or outside or handicap or not.Handicapped by yourself, or if you're with your family.

The service is impeccable. The store manager George is absolutely friendly, helpful to those with food allergies and knows what hes doing. He checks up on customers and made sure my food was satisfactory. Will visit again!

This was my second time visiting this location. Both times it was a bad experience.
Today I wanted to give it another chance and went there with my toddler. The cashier was actually very nice and friendly and that’s where our positive experience ends. I ordered kids Mac and Cheese and Avo toast. We got seated and waited and waited.. Two gentlemen that ordered right before us got their food, ate and left and we still waited. When people were coming in and getting their food I decided to check the time. It had been 15 minutes. I have never waited this long in any Panera locations. Since other orders didn’t take that much time I went to ask where my order was. I was approached by a man in a purple shirt and I, very politely, said that it’s been 15 minutes and was wondering where my food was. I was asked what I ordered which I responded. This man, with an attitude, told me “that he’s very sorry” and that it took longer because of the avocado toast. I was told that they have to go in the back to slice the fresh avocado and that they just got done and “here’s my food”. Very obnoxious behavior and unprofessional. I don’t want to assume that he was the manager but if managers wear purple shirts then this person is in the wrong position. Please see the pictures of the “fresh sliced avocado”. And if you have troubles finding it, you’re not alone. This is how much of butter I put on my bread, and not to make avocado toast. Also this is obviously mashed, not sliced. Probably not even a half of avocado was used for my meal.
Totally unacceptable and will not be going back to this location.
Hard to admit it, but should have listened to my husband.

By far the worst Panera I have ever been to. We waited over 10 minutes for 2 sandwiches and a bagel. There was a hair on one of the sandwiches, and the bagel was so overcooked you could hammer nails with it. There just seems to be a lack of motivation and pride in everything they do here and it starts with the management. Totally disappointing.

I waited so long in the drive thru my food was cold. Over 10 mins at the window while the place was completely dead. Good news they just hired 2 or 3 new people so hopefully things will speed up.
