I ordered a large cheese pizza .I should have just ordered the crust. Cause the pizza part was small. Pie was mainly crust.
Not worth the price. Yous should rename it to tiny pizza huge crust.
You lost a customer.

Very kind workers, I always enjoy my food! I wish they weren't understaffed so that the workers could take a breath during their shifts. All of them seem like good kids, shame on the company for crappy staffing. But the people that work there are delightful no less, and the pizza is yummy :)

Wish they would make pizza the way they would want it for themselves and not leave a huge bubble taking up 2 slices, 2 pizza's were just enough to feed everyone so needless to say I had 2 terrible pieces which I didn't like at all

I don't know what's going on here. It's seems like they changed the dough. Really chewy.
I usually order a large/xlarge Brooklyn style with extra sauce, pepperoni & onions and get it well done. Well, the last couple times I've gotten it , it almost burnt. Something is definitely off here. Come on guys/gals !

Part of my DoorDash order was stolen by the driver. I ended up calling the store and they were willing to replace the stolen item! Great service!

Sadly, since dropping their own delivery in favor of Doordash handling deliveries, service has gone way down. Ordering delivery now involves tweakers and homeless people living out of their cars delivering your food. I don't like having questionable people handling my food much less visiting my home. Please drop Doordash!

Carry out only. Overcharged is on both orders. Special running was 2 large one topping was $11.99. NC tax is 7.5 percent bill should have been less than $13. Less than an hour later we ordered 2 large cheese pizzas which is also included in the ad we were charged $26. Anyone who places an order at this location needs to check their receipts. Total rip off.

Be aware that this store uses door dash to deliver. We ordered from a Holiday Inn whose address was Mariott Circle. It is across the street from a Mariott. At 8:55pm it showed order delivered in my Papa John’s App. We had no pizza. I called the front desk who said door dash often delivers it to the hotel across the street. I called the restaurant and she said that’s probably what happened. She did offer to remake the order and send it out again, but that took another hour. I understand that it wasn’t really her fault, but ultimately they chose to use door dash so the buck does stop with them. We pre tipped through the papa John’s app so we cannot even adjust the tip or make a complaint there because it just says to call the store. When the replacement was sent out, the driver texted and asked what hotel. When I told them Holiday in, they incorrectly advised me that it said Marriot. I corrected him and we finally got our food.

The food was good. It was warm when we finally got it, but choosing to use DoorDash makes for a frustrating experience for the customer, and not offering anything to make it right besides late food is a little disappointing.

Bought my mom who's in the nursing home a "chicken alfredo" bake. This crap is absolutely pathetic. I feel like a bad son feeding this to my mom. There's no pasta in it all. I'll never eat here again unless they make this right! This is a picture, and it hasn't been eaten out of yet.

Absolute worst papa johns I've ever ordered from. They first lost my order after i paid online and had PROOF on email, app and bank... then tried charging me double what my order was online just for ordering in store. TERRIBLE customer service!

Pizza wasn’t the problem it was the service. It’s 11:40 and 33 degrees outside. I’m cold as hell and I’m standing at the window trying to get someone’s attention. This lady makes eye contact with me 3 times and continues what she is doing as if I’m not there. A white man walks up to the window and they come over immediately and he gets his food and then has to tell them for me just to get my food. That is ridiculous and I’ll never go there again. I’ll make sure I let every one I can know about this
