Absolutely horrible service. The young female cashier constantly messed up orders. It took an hour to get one pizza and bread sticks that was ordered online way before I even arrived to pick it up. The workers preparing the food were smoking while making the food. Every customer had to have their food remade. The cashier was giving away bottled sodas to her friends. Corporate should definitely watch the video of today around 645pm and beyond. Hopefully all of those idiots get fired.

The restaurant is so nasty and dirty and gross i had to turn around and walk out. I dont know how anyone can eat there. And this is just from what i can see . I cant imagine what the back looks like where they actually cook.

Just do yourself a favor and order from ANY OTHER pizza place in town. Last time I ordered from here it took 2 hours. Thinking it was just a bad day, I tried again today and the estimated wait was 40-50 mins. Door dash arrived at the location 90 mins later and the order still wasn’t ready. At 1 hr 45 mins, my order was cancelled with no call, no text, nothing. When you try to call the store, they don’t answer the phone. You get a third party who transfers you and the call never gets answered. Thank God for the Door Dasher. He answered his cell and told me there were a bunch of people in the lobby, all waiting for their orders and none of them were ready. So here I am 2 hours later with no food and having to start all over somewhere else. At least Papa John’s has already confirmed the order and scheduled a driver to pick it up within 6 mins of placing the order on their site. You may like Pizza Hut but THIS Pizza Hut is a wreck. You’ll end up mad and at best a 50/50 chance of even getting any food at all.

I placed a delivery order and out of what i ordered and payed for i only got the pizza correct i didnt get my sauces i payed for not the cookies i payed for and i call and im on hold for hours and still no response

Don’t go to this Pizza Hut. I tried so many times to give this place a chance. I love Pizza Hut and always been a fan. This is the last time I order from here. They’re always short staffed and takes over an hour to get just one pizza. The pizza is always ok. Not worth the money or the wait. It’s not just one bad experience, it’s every single time I come here. I’ll go to another Pizza Hut from here on out.
My recent order arrived late, was not hot, and was not correct. I had ordered two $7 deals: the first was medium pizza with garlic parmesan sauce and chicken sausage, and the second was medium pizza with ham and pineapple. Unfortunately, the second order with ham and pineapple had an excessive amount of cheese, barely any toppings, and minimal marinara sauce. It lacked flavor, was not hot, and resembled a greasy cheese ball. This is yet another disappointing experience, similar to my previous order from the same restaurant. I am entitled to a complete refund, which I paid in cash.

The past few years, the food and service have gone downhill. Most times, they have no drivers, and doordash is delivering the order. They take 30 mins to even start cooking your order, and they never cook the pizza all the way and can't even bother to cut the cheese sticks. I saw a post on FB saying there was a new manager and changes would be made, so I decided to give them a try again. Another $50 wasted on uncooked pizza 🙄 You have to finish cooking it before you can even eat it. Don't tip before you get your food.

Four times now. Ordered & didn’t get everything I paid for. Also the pizza didn’t have extra sauce as ordered. Unless you consider extra sauce being just right next to the crust, & the rest being dry. This is getting ridiculous. Is the drivers stealing food, or is workers just sorry. I guess both. No one ever fixes the problem.
