The past few years, the food and service have gone downhill. Most times, they have no drivers, and doordash is delivering the order. They take 30 mins to even start cooking your order, and they never cook the pizza all the way and can't even bother to cut the cheese sticks. I saw a post on FB saying there was a new manager and changes would be made, so I decided to give them a try again. Another $50 wasted on uncooked pizza 🙄 You have to finish cooking it before you can even eat it. Don't tip before you get your food.

Four times now. Ordered & didn’t get everything I paid for. Also the pizza didn’t have extra sauce as ordered. Unless you consider extra sauce being just right next to the crust, & the rest being dry.
This is getting ridiculous. Is the drivers stealing food, or is workers just sorry. I guess both. No one ever fixes the problem.

The pizza was better than the previous visit but if I’m dropping $20+ on a pizza you all should be a little more generous on the toppings. Far from my first choice for pizza.

Great customer service thanks to the Pizza Hut team
Service seems to be good (have only used delivery service), but food preparation is horrible. Pizza is barely cooked, and I gave them a second chance to get it right. I'm not sure what the rush is. I'd rather have it cooked then in 20 minutes.

There was a slight mixup between Pizza Hut and DoorDash on a delivery I placed for a friend’s family, and Bree the assistant manager of Pizza Hut and her staff went above and beyond to make it right without me even asking. My friend’s family is happily enjoying their pizza!! Thank you!! 😃
The people that work here are always so kind. They are especially kind to the homeless community in Salisbury. They've gotten my order wrong before, but they're human and people make mistakes. They always make it right and aren't hateful about. I continue to give them my business because of how they show that they care for our community.

Placed delivery order and didn’t receive all of items.. called store immediately only to be placed on hold for 30 minutes to speak with a manager to receive remaining order items.. now my order is incomplete and cold!!!!! poor customer service !!!! First and last time ordering from here!!!!

Who ever told that uber driver everything was in the order wasn’t you all have extremely rude staff who ever was on the phone don’t deserve to be there and the woman who gave out my order shouldn’t work there either plain as day said Dr Pepper on the receipt

If l could give NO STARS, l would. I don't know if this place went under new management or what. I have been getting my pizzas from here for over 10 years. And now, l Will NEVER go back EVER AGAIN. They even put my name in wrong and bc l've a new #, they listed me as a new customer. My order was entered by KONINGOC.
I called 6 times, & placed on 10 min. and again for 15 min. hold by him. Called 2x to corporate which said l have to take it up with the store.
I called again in the morning, hoping to get someone else, and a different result, but no. Hung up on again. But yet, they have my money, and l have a pizza, l DON'T WANT!!!!!!!!! WHAT I WANT IS MY 32.16 BACK. I WILL MAKE SURE I PUT THIS ON F/B, INSTAGRAM AND OTHER PLACES, to ALL my followers as well as the address and let people know what kind of business you are, unless l get to talk to someone who cares or get reimbursed. You can have your pizza back.
