I ordered a lasagna to go and its probably one of the best restaurant lasagnas I've ever had! The noodles were cooked perfectly, the portion is very generous, and the sauce and meat was super flavorful. I’ve also dined in and had a salad and it was a huge portion! Great service as well. Cant wait to try more!

This place is amazing! The atmosphere was causal and yet elegant. Pricing wasn’t outrageous. And the food was so good! Some of the best food I have had here since moving from the west coast. I had the Greek spaghetti with blacken chicken. My husband had the lasagna which was awesome and my son devoured the salmon. The server was so lovely, knowledgeable about the food and just all around fabulous! You must go here!

I have been very impressed with the quality and variety of the dishes offered at Recipe. The prices are very reasonable as well. Everything is made fresh daily and cooked to order. Wait staff is efficient and friendly. The chef/owner is onsite and delightful. I have been to Recipe probably half a dozen times since I discovered it last spring. Please give them a chance to earn your business too.

The food quality is exceptional for the price. My cheeseburger was delicious and easily twice as expensive at other similar establishments. I cant get away from the cucumber salad, which is so fresh and delicious. They are always very nice and attentive when I come in. Thank you for feeding me!

We are New Yorkers and finding good Italian food is quite difficult outside it. Recipe exceeded our expectations for Italian food and nailed everything on their elaborate menu! The staff at Recipe was amazing they were attentive and so knowledgeable. The family atmosphere was so welcoming. Absolutely our favorite restaurant hands down!

We had a group of 8 & although they were very busy, they accommodated our party in a back room that couldn’t have worked out better. Everyone enjoyed their meal with one person saying her Reuben sandwich was the best she ever had.

The first time I ate here was with my daughter and granddaughter. The food is good, no doubt. But, very snooty atmosphere. Thought maybe it was an off day. The second time a friend and I went months later. She felt the same vibe even though I hadn’t mentioned it to her. No one was friendly, including the lady I assume is the manager or owner. We had to ask someone to get us a drink and then to take our order. Although other people were waited on. And no, they were not that busy. Won’t be back. Way to stuck up!

Food: salmon is very good. I've enjoyed all their sides except the pasta salad. I had the chicken with wine reduction 2x. The flavor is really nice. But it is excessively salty. My friend of 85 years had to stand a very long time even though there were empty tables waiting to be cleared. I feel they should have allowed her to sit while they finished tidying up the table.
Between the “best club sandwich ever,” your friend raving about the burger, the excellent staff, and the clean/quiet atmosphere — that’s a 5-star experience all the way.

Menu includes a nice variety of dishes at reasonable prices. Food quality and taste were excellent. Staff were friendly and efficient. Great atmosphere. One suggestion: please install baby diaper changing stations in the restrooms and please encourage patrons to use them. A young mother dining with an older woman and a baby had the poor judgement to change the baby's diaper on top of their dining table rather than discreetly leave the dining room. Most people have better manners, even at a fast food restaurant, much less a nice restaurant like Recipe. These rude people were the only negative in an otherwise perfect meal.

After hearing about Recipe from some ladies at work and how great it was, I decided to try it out for myself. Took the family to eat one Friday afternoon and we were blown away. The food was so fresh and service was spectacular. I had the lasagna 🤌 and side salad. 10/10 I highly recommend. Wife had the Ruben and it was one of the most authentic NY Ruben I've had since that little shop in NY we ate at. 10/10 Daughter had the chicken gyro and she enjoyed it. Mozzarella sticks were delicious and the sauce oh the sauce is soooo good. Ready to go and try something else soon. Price is definitely affordable less than $60 for the 3 of us with drinks. That's value. Keep up the great work. Tha ks for such a great 1st experience.

You gotta be kidding! Just left after waiting 20 minutes for them to take our food order. Took our drink order and then never came back. Another customer next to us said she had been waiting a long time - and then they told her they were running behind. In our 20 minutes we never saw any food come out the kitchen and were not told anything about delays. How hard is it to let customers know so that they can decide? Just leaving people hanging makes no sense.
