I had the steak at our last trip. Delicious. Very reasonable price for the quality. My wife have gone on at least four dinner dates and truly enjoy it.
Modestly tucked away, but food was my favorite as far as flavor & portion size. Both the wild salmon & veal were amazing.

A little short staffed this day. I was disappointed in my meal for the fact that it came with a huge plate of spaghetti and not so much Chicken Francese, which was my main meal. On the plus food was very tasty. My 3rd time here and the most disappointed. It was a Saturday night in July. Busy when we first got there for our 6:16 reservation for 7 people but did clear out by 7:30.

We ordered take out... So I can not speak of the service. Overall the best part was the bread. We ordered the fettuccine Alfredo and the ravioli. All the pasta seemed to be over cooked. Very soggy. And it wasn't like we ordered and it was sitting, I was there before it was ready to be picked up and I only have a 10 minute car ride home. The fettuccine had so much sauce on it compared to the amout of noodles you get that I scrapped some off and put it on the side. The sauce had the consistency of white gravy you put over biscuits and didn't really have any flavor. The ravioli was also overcooked but the sauce was better than the fettuccine alfredo. Both came with random spinach and a steamed bland, season lacking veggie mix. I hope we came on a bad day because this place seems to have positive reviews but overall I won't be back. We didn't even finish the food, we just threw it away.

I'd give food a 3.5 if i could. The food was good, just that the Pollo Marsala and the Frances Chicken looked like identical plates and tasted the same, except the marsala had mushrooms, and the Frances had cheese, sauce tasted the same, and it wasnt a marsala. Generous portions and wine pours. Felt like an old fashioned italian restaurant, and we would go back!

So to preface the review I paid my full bill and tipped over 18%.
First off they had like 9 visible people working yet it took about five minutes to get my beer and two minutes more for my fiancée to get her glass of wine which they weirdly brought out separately.
After drinks were dropped off it took around ten minutes for our order be taken and mind you we were one of two tables in there at this point.
When our food finally was dropped off it was dropped off and there was gum on the plate. How someone put food on a plate without inspecting it is beyond me but here we are. We didn’t eat our food after seeing this and after about five minutes of our plates to the side basically flagging a waiter/waitress that we are done instead of “is everything ok” we got “do you need a box” which is fair but based on the amount of food still on the plate I figured questions woulda been asked.
Anyways next we prompted for the check to which we were obliged. After waiting another five minutes we were asked by another person if we needed anything which we asked for the check (we were one of three small tables at this point) and then finally after another short wait we got it. After we paid not a “thanks for coming” “please come again”
Service was awful especially when you get a full view of the staff doing nothing.
Was just wanting a nice dinner...was so excited that calamari was on the menu... the waitress immediately went and ordered it before even asking for a drink or anything...the calamari arrived in 2 minutes..ice cold..I brought this up..was ordered to have it microwaved..I ordered fresh..owner said it was under heat lamp with a fan...refused to make fresh..bad move...how dare they serve cold food..nor fresh made andi offer to nuke it....bad move.

Santos was very highly recommended but maybe we hit it on an off day. The food was average, and our wait person made quite a few booboos, which she seemed unaware of and made no apologies for. When the meals arrived mine was not what I ordered, but I didn’t mention it as we did not have time to wait for another preparation. The chef was very nice and attentive. Atmosphere is great. Not what we expected for the prices.

I really don't recommend it, I ordered some chilaquiles with green sauce, I added roast beef but they gave me ground meat and the sauce tastes ugly, it's not fresh, it's canned. I'm not going back to that place again.

My girlfriend and I were the only people in the restaurant other than one other couple and we had to sit through an hour of Mr Santo talking to this other couple about how much he hates Donald Trump, and how great Joe Biden is. Dude this is supposed to be “white table cloth dining” and you’re sitting there loudly talking politics in your own restaurant??? Food was fine, not great not bad. But the owner talking about politics for over an hour spoiled my appetite. No respect, no courtesy, and Mr Santo should be ashamed of himself for acting so inappropriately in front of customers.
