They're very nice, but the parking lot is kinda a nightmare, especially at night. I wish the speed bumps were painted

I've been to this Sonic location multiple times, and unfortunately, the service is often slow, and interactions with the staff can be frustrating.
Tonight’s experience was particularly disappointing. I ordered drinks through the mobile app for a 9:40 pickup, arrived at 9:35, checked in, and waited until 9:55 before a staff member finally brought the drinks out. Right away, the interaction felt off; the employee seemed annoyed and muttered something inaudible as she handed over the drink carrier. When I reached for it, she curtly asked for the name on the order, and after I responded, she practically shoved the drinks into my hand.
As she walked away, I hollered out the window that I hadn’t even given her the tip yet, but her response was just as rude, snapping, "What did you say to me?" I mean, really—was she about to throw down in the Sonic parking lot? Because that’s next-level customer service! When I saud it again, that I hadn’t tipped yet, she waved me off dismissively and walked away. The attitude was disappointing and frankly unprofessional.
Trying to call the store to speak with management didn't help either, as the mailbox was full. When I handed out the drinks to the kids, a couple had spilled in the drink carrier, and several cups were sticky with slush and milkshake running down the sides.
Honestly, I’d rather drive to a different location further away than deal with this kind of service. I should have paid attention to the other Google reviews. Shoulda stuck with DoorDash pickingg up the order.
Someone needs to address the service issues here, regardless, we won’t back. Not worth the drive. Not worth my time.

sat in the drive through line for over 10 minutes didn’t see anyone inside 3 cars deep. if you don’t have the workers to open don’t open. it’s not busy at all. car in front of me has probably been sitting even longer. sad don’t call yourself fast food if you can’t be fast

Loved it. The food in the order tasted good and was hot. The fries were out of this world. The best fries of any sonic I've been to. Great job.

Couldn't get any service unfortunately. Ended leaving with nothing. Another used to be decent place on the decline. Could use some new management or staff I suppose.

Went through the drive through and ordered 4 meals. One was right, 2 were wrong and one was missing. Went back to get it corrected and the manager got it corrected but the meal was delivered to the wrong vehicle and then returned by that customer and then they tried to bring that to me after the other customer touched the food. Disgusting procedures and Crystal was rude and lied about the situation, even after the other customer confirmed it was the same food that they had just received.
