Starbucks

Rude and slow! Worst staff I’ve experienced at a Starbucks and I’ve been to many of them via X-country RV road trips. This location has one of the biggest staffs too so that’s not the excuse, counted 7+ workers each time, yet they only produce a drink on the counter every 3-5 minutes. Other locations have 3-5 staff and beat that production. Then when asked about a drink status they snap with “if it’s not on the counter it’s not made yet”. Then I reach for a sleeve for my hot drink and the young fella jumped at me like I was a threat. Before that he smacked packs of straws together instead of simply saying “excuse me” to pass the guests. Training as well as some manners and politeness is needed for staff and managers!

A bit loud, nice service but not clean- for the Starbucks management: kindly please hire someone to clean the toilets- extremely disgusting here and almost everywhere I have been to in Georgia, South and Notth Carolina, Virginia, Washington DC, New Jersey!
Disgusting.
Please add some grace to the service with assuring clean toilets not by making the stuff do it when they are obviously overloaded but by hiring someone at each place.

Manager is rude and hateful. Worst experience with a Starbucks ever. I was polite and just asked a couple questions and was met with someone who uses her employees to push across her rudeness. Also, upon arriving to the store the manager had turned off mobile ordering due to staff being short yet she was in her office refusing to help her understaffed crew.

I would give a 0 star if I could… my sister takes me there to have a drink but the staffs made my green tea frap horrible and so rude attitude. Never be back there again!

Very rude staff. Drank my whole drink while waiting for a cake pop asked about my cake pop and the girl snapped at me that they will get to food shortly. Waited 15 more minutes and just had to leave without the cake pop.

I’m not sure if it’s the highway noise or something else, but they always get my order wrong. I have to repeat it multiple times, which is frustrating, and even after the long wait, I still end up with the wrong drink. I feel like I did something wrong and they they just have a vendetta against me at this point.
