The woman with red hair needs to work on her attitude and customer service skills. She tool forever to wait on me. I asked for mayo twice she ignored me when I asked a third time she still proceeded to put cheese without putting mayo on the bread FIRST! I don't have time for ignorance and incompetent workers. If she doesn't like her job, she needs to quit!

I ordered a footlong meatball marinara on Italian herb and cheese bread. It's literally uneatable. Idk what they did. I don't know if it's the bread, the sauce, the meatballs or all of it together but it's gross. At first I thought maybe I was just getting sick and my taste buds were off. But I had two other people try it and spit it back out. Almost $10 and now I can't even eat it. I'm pissed.

Horrible service! I’ve gone to this location multiple times and today was by far the WORST experience I’ve had at this subway location! Only 2 people working there, NEITHER hardly said a word to me! I had to repeat myself MULTIPLE times, when they did speak to me I couldn’t hardly hear a word they said, one girl was on FaceTime while customers were there! Very UNPROFESSIONAL! Will definitely NOT come to this location again!

This store just doesn’t follow directions. At all. Got two sandwiches and half of the toppings on one wasn’t there. At all. Called them they basically did not care and didn’t offer a repack or anything. They need more organization and probably better management.

Poor service from the staff, they don't know how to treat their customers well.
On Monday, 6/07/25, my sister, who has lung cancer and is on chemo went to Walmart to pick up some things she needed before her next treatment on Wednesday, 6/9. She hadn't eaten and stopped in Subway for a sandwich. The line was long and as she stood there she started feeling weak and sick. She moved toward the back of the shop thinking there was a restroom.. there wasn't but she saw a trash can in the corner. She got sick and had to throw up in the can vs throwing up in the floor in front of the customers. She said a girl came from behind the counter screaming at her and having fit because there was no bag in the can. My sister was too weak to leave and had to sit down to regain her strength the whole time being chastised and screamed at by this inconsiderate, rude, heartless creep. She continued her rant telling everybody that entered the Subway what had happened and pointing her out to them. No one even checked on her or offered her water. This was a favorite Subway of our whole family but no longer so. I pray the Lord forgives these people and they never have a loved one stricken with a serious illness be treated this way when they have an episode. This really breaks my heart! Shame on all of you in that store on Monday!

I placed an online order for pickup, the bread was soggy and not toasted. The employee dumped so much sauce on both sandwiches that they were just mushy. To top it off, the toppings were missing. I would never recommend this place. When I tried to get help about my order, they dismissed me like it didn’t matter.

Every time I have a delivery from this place and trust me I have tried to have it delivered from another Subway but doordash chooses the subway. These people cannot get an order right if you stood there and guided their hands. I do not know who is in charge of this place but they need to do better. Today instead of mountain dew I got starry and instead of flatbread I got white bread. They will not answer their phone but thankfully doordash refunded me.

This Subway restaurant is one of the few bright spots located just inside this rather subpar Walmart Supercenter---which, unfortunately, is the only Walmart in Salisbury. This Subway is relatively clean and the food is good; what's more, the place is staffed by a hard working crew of pleasant young people.

I would like to know if you are capable of at least reading an opinion and paying attention to your customers.
They should change their schedules. It's hateful to arrive half an hour early and be told rudely that it's already closed. And then what good is your schedule?
Their employees are the worst, they close a long time before, HORRIBLE, think more about the people you hire, I really hope I don't have to see them again soon 08:50 pm CLOSED. What lazy people, if you don't like what you do and don't think about following rules, just get out and leave the opportunity to someone else who knows how to do their job.
Yesterday night I ordered a foot long Italian herb and cheese sub and the bread was so EFF’N stale it made no sense. I called to speak with the manager today but ironically no one or supervisor is available. The only reason I struggled and forced myself to eat it is because I was breaking my fast. If I had the time and energy I would’ve went back and crushed it like burn toast. And no it wasn’t because it was toasted.

Barry snappy and the manager was very rude and disrespectful if I would have known they were going to be like that I would have never an unfriendly environment and I'm thinking about not returning ever
