Every time I have a delivery from this place and trust me I have tried to have it delivered from another Subway but doordash chooses the subway. These people cannot get an order right if you stood there and guided their hands. I do not know who is in charge of this place but they need to do better. Today instead of mountain dew I got starry and instead of flatbread I got white bread. They will not answer their phone but thankfully doordash refunded me.

This Subway restaurant is one of the few bright spots located just inside this rather subpar Walmart Supercenter---which, unfortunately, is the only Walmart in Salisbury. This Subway is relatively clean and the food is good; what's more, the place is staffed by a hard working crew of pleasant young people.

I would like to know if you are capable of at least reading an opinion and paying attention to your customers.
They should change their schedules. It's hateful to arrive half an hour early and be told rudely that it's already closed. And then what good is your schedule?
Their employees are the worst, they close a long time before, HORRIBLE, think more about the people you hire, I really hope I don't have to see them again soon 08:50 pm CLOSED. What lazy people, if you don't like what you do and don't think about following rules, just get out and leave the opportunity to someone else who knows how to do their job.
Yesterday night I ordered a foot long Italian herb and cheese sub and the bread was so EFF’N stale it made no sense. I called to speak with the manager today but ironically no one or supervisor is available. The only reason I struggled and forced myself to eat it is because I was breaking my fast. If I had the time and energy I would’ve went back and crushed it like burn toast. And no it wasn’t because it was toasted.

Barry snappy and the manager was very rude and disrespectful if I would have known they were going to be like that I would have never an unfriendly environment and I'm thinking about not returning ever

Ordered online, was not even started until I arrived. I thought I got chips & cookies but it is chips OR cookies and the lady was RUDE AS HELL when I asked if I could get chips instead. She said NO, it will mess up my inventory, and if looks could kill I would have fell dead right there. Also, pretty sure she was the shift lead. Also got the feeling I was treated this way because I am a white girl. Racism does go both ways. Wouldn't be the first time. However her behavior should be unacceptable, but I am sure no one but ME cares. Never again will I come here. Food was edible.

We really enjoy a good, well-made, toasted subway foot long. Although the prices have increased a lot like everyone else, it’s a decent, healthy meal for less $ than most places now. However, I’d recommend you AVOID this location. I ordered ahead in the app and it wasn’t ready when I showed up (my fault - I didn’t order enough in advance) so I went shopping in the Walmart. I took my time and went to the bathroom, etc and after about 15 more minutes, it still wasn’t ready. I asked about it at the counter and was met with a rude response. I asked if the subs were toasted, cut in half and wrapped in half like I had requested in writing (and was printed at the bottom of the receipt they were working from) and they were not. The young lady there was non/communicative, didn’t respond when I asked questions, gave me a look and grunted. They finally cut then and rewrapped them. When we opened them, it was clear that none of them had been toasted. The young girl working was very rude and it ended up taking about 30 minutes to make 4 foot-longs. On top of all that - the place felt really gross and very dirty.(The older woman working was nice and seemed to try to compensate for the rudeness of the young lady working by going out of her way to say thank you).

Went with my sister her son and my son ordered and my bread was burnt and a little extra crispy, the chicken was dry, my son refused to eat his sub all he ate was his bacon. My sisters sub bread was dry and hard. My nephew didn't like the new ranch. The employees didn't act to friendly they didn't great us as we walked in or give us a receipt. I'll be going to the one that just reopened up closer to home

I was just in there moments ago 12/17/22 at 1:35pm. An elderly lady in front of us was trying to pay for her food. She was attempting to pay with check which they apparently don’t accept. The short blonde girl with her hair in a ponytail yelled VERY LOUDLY “MAAM WE DONT TAKE CHECK” snatched the woman’s food away and stormed off. We paid for the woman’s food and brought it out to her. This employee was absolutely disgusting. Not only was she rude but didn’t even give the old lady a chance to find other means to payment. She not only lost customers in us, but that lady said she would never return again. Hopefully after this post, no one else will. BE KIND TO YOUR CUSTOMERS!!!!!
The Italian herb and cheese bread was over cooked and I didn't get it toasted...the chicken was dry as hell...the employees that were not friendly and had bad customer service skills...
