This place takes forever to make your order you can place a online order wait 30 minutes to go to the location and it still won't be ready when you arrive even if there's no customers there. Staff are hit or miss at this location.

I ordered delivery and added a Diet Coke to my order. When it arrived I tasted my drink and it was off, so I used my sugar meter to test if it was actually Diet Coke and the sugar meter came back as a full sugar drink. Not only am I very disappointed but this could have genuinely killed me. I am a diabetic so I take this very seriously. If this happens to another diabetic and it causes them to go into a medical crisis then I’m sure there would be a legal issue at hand. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS RESTAURANT IF YOU ARE DIABETIC. THEY DO NOT CARE AND WILL GIVE YOU FULL SUGAR.

Walked into this Subway at 5am after a long night of work...the guy with tattoos mid twenties had a severe attitude change as he was sweeping walks and tosses the broom to the Conner like his world was over since I walked in and he had to make me a sandwich!!?? I stood there thinking of going to sheets instead. If I would have been someone different or the old me it would have went completely different. I didn't even want to ask for it to be toasted but I did lol. People have bad nights as he worked 3rd just like me but come on now . Doesn't need to work there maybe he was just trying to show off because my hat was on backwards and I have tattoos. Still gave them two stars after typing this I put it back to one. I'm telling y'all he is the time to spit in your food. The lady had just came in that works first I guess. Really sweet woman was counting the drawer left it sitting in front of me kinda step to the side he calls her out for leaving it sitting there in front of me. That's when I got real pissed off I have no intentions on stealing the damn money I told him !! he had the nerve to say that to her after the way he acted with me lol !!!

The lady called Jeni is unprofessional she took like 30 min just to take my order told me she have to make doordash order know that I was there before she got the order from doordash shame on this lady for making me wait 30 min standing in 3 am in the morning those people should have some manners and thanks to this lady who messed up my logbook

I stopped by different Subways all the time but this one is one of my favorites. Mallory is the best! No matter how many Subways I go to there's just something about the way she makes them. She always has a smile on her face and greet you with the most kindness. Make that girl a manager! Or trainer

I'll stop by here on my way to Charlotte at least three times a week I've had quite a few different people serve me which none of them are terrible but there is one who serves me her name is Mallory and boy let me tell you she makes the best subs she does them the way they're supposed to be she deserves a raise and a promotion she's the best one on the team

I ordered a Philly and got a bunch of vegetables and no meat. My wife's sweet onion chicken teriyaki was the same way. If this is the normal amount of meat the company tells them to put on it then don't go $14 for bread and vegetables and mayo. Guess the employees ate the rest of it this was at 1am on 3-3-25

This was one of the best places I've ever been to. We'd had a busy day & Sudbury realize how late it had gotten. It was too late to deliver so I went for pick up.

The staff was amazing, so friendly & had our large order ready super fast. We have complicated orders but didn't have to keep repeating the directions.

I wish that they were closer to our home, I would love going t here more often.
