While waiting to order in the drive thru there was a homeless man harassing two young girls in the car in front of me. He was banging on their window and flipping them off for not rolling down their window. A young man who works there came out and asked him to leave. The man was vulgar and disrespectful to this employee. The young man continued to make the man leave! When I got to the window to pick up my food, the young man was working the drive thru and was being yelled at for his actions! He deserves a raise!!! Those girls were trapped in the drive thru line and had He not stepped in that man would have continued to harass them or me or other customers! Thank you for great customer service! Give him a raise!

So I went to the toco bell on 602 Innes St In Salisbury, North Carolina first off I did a mobile order and it was raining bad so I was going to run inside to pick up my order for one to get enough sauce and for 2 so they wouldn’t have to come outside In the rain but when I got to the door it was locked with a sign on the door saying “ Lobby is closed due to flooding “ I laughed so hard at this because they are literally up on a hill and they literally had no flooding anywhere around the building! So I pulled around to the drive threw, when she came on the speaker we told her we was there for a mobile order she then raised her voice and asked our name then said to drive up, when we got to the window the 2 girls working were so rude I even went out of my way to smile at both of them, I said hello, and thank you have a good day and yet neither one said anything back not thank you, not have a good day, not kiss my butt nothing! They were very very very rude! I will not be going back there and I wouldn’t recommend anyone to go there just to be treated so rude! If people can’t handle or don’t want to work with the public then don’t but it’s not the public’s fault you are working where you work should have maybe made different choices and it’s not our fault your having a bad day everyone has bad days but that doesn’t mean you get to bed rude to people for no reason !

Good service. Homeless is everywhere. And I mean everywhere.
This location has come a long way but well severed rating mainly due to the guy(long blonde hair I believe. Always in a pony) who works the night shift drive thru. Always VERY nice, repeats the order back to you for clarification, actually place sauce in the bag, and when he’s on the shift my order is always fresh and accurate. For that I thank you my friend! The rest of innes has gone to hell ?

I'm a regular at this Taco Bell, the food is consistently great and the dining room is well maintained. They are more kitchen focused than other locations, so customers are required to order using the floor Kiosk.Parking: This is a compact lot, plenty of spaces for cars but no accommodations for trailers.
I like being able to use the kiosk type ordering system.

The worst customer experience ever. This is the second time I've been to this location and it will for sure be my last. The employees there are the rudest I've ever had to deal with. The one short girl with the braids or dreads act like she own the joint and talk to people crazy! If you don't like your job quit!!!! nobody told you to apply there. You're in the food and beverage industry and customer service is important. The ones that are leaving good reviews are the workers or friends of the workers because there's no way I'm the only one. I will say it is clean in there however the awful service made it my last time. Oh one other thing every single worker were on their phones in there instead of taking care of people they could care less of the customers that were in the building. Need to do some retraining and maybe cut some dead weight.
