Ordered on the mobile app. Arrived and waited almost 30 minutes in the drive thru with only one car in front of me. Recent new college hires were inexperienced and the manager on duty was injured and was unable to assist physically the way he wanted to. Hopefully my next trip will be better.

Went drive through during lunch. Had to wait a long time. Got the Crunchwrap meal with the taco. Checked my bag of food only had my Crunchwrap and no taco that is supposed to be with it. So drove back around again to tell them nicely that we didn’t get the taco. Drive thru black lady was practically already having attitude at us saying “NO I put it in there. I know I put it there.” So I showed her the Crunchwrap and the inside of the bag. She rolled her eyes at us. And plus the Starry drink that I got was flat. So went back again. And manager was being professional and polite and told us that she fixed the soda for us. So only good thing about this place is ONLY THE MANAGER. Who had to correct her crew team members mistake.
We will definitely not be coming back to this specific location. And I hope and pray that the manager does get new crew members to actually do their jobs properly and professionally. If your customer is coming at you with attitude then I understand. But if they AREN’T coming at you with attitude then be respectful. I know for a fact it was a simple mistake, like forgetting a taco, simple no need to start giving me attitude. KNOW THE DIFFERENCE CREW MEMBERS, ESPECIALLY THE BLACK LADY THAT WAS THE ONE WHO GAVE US ATTITUDE.

Consistently takes 20 or more minutes to get your food and it’s always messed up. Staff needs to figure it out because they are actively driving away customers.

Came here yesterday, Food was good, got a large nacho fry that was hot and crispy, the new chicken taco and burrito , and a cheesy gordita crunch . I had a large drink but the lemonade just tasted like water. Other than that food was really good but will probably just stick to soda or brisk when I go here from now on if I get a drink

By far, the worst taco bell ever, and it's brand new. Rude employees mean mugging you, the place is a wreck, no urgency in getting food out, and again it's straight nasty in the kitchen
Take out could not take my order right.Should have checked my order, but l did not.That was my mistake.Returned home and found my request was all wrong.I paid the required price of what I ordered.Disappointed in the food I received.

The lobby area and tables needed cleaning. A simple sweep of the lobby. My order was incorrect. They argued it was right. Wasn't in the mood. I left.

I don’t think I’ve ever had an experience as bad as I did with this Taco Bell. I don’t even know where to start! The burritos had only beans in them when in the order they’re supposed to have cheese and lettuce but I got a tortilla with beans in it, second they forgot our cinnamon twists something so simple yet so easily over looked every time we’ve ordered from there, no sauces in the bag, and that’s not even the main reason for my one star review below you’ll find a photo of a Crunchwrap supreme and was shocked at what was in it when my own mother came and informed me about this idiotic incident! Absolutely horrible service friendly sure, competent? Absolutely not

Me and my brother entered the drive thru and ordered 4 quesadillas and two drinks. The man who handed us our drinks and took our card was very pleasant, however the man who handed us our quesadillas, sassily threw his hand out the window and said “enjoy your 85 quesadillas” very sarcastically. I have no idea why he was so upset he had to do his job, and it’s safe to say the quesadillas we were given were extremely undercooked compared to normal. The restaurant was also completely empty at the time. The service we received from that man was completely unacceptable and he should be fired for doing such.

No toppings on my *loaded* nachos, left the creamy jalapeño on the quesadilla even though you rang in to take it off so it can’t be eaten now, and forgot the drink you rang in.
