I loooovvve me some taco bell . Probably always will but I’m TIRED of having an employee ask me about sauces . Say I would like mild and hot sauce and always receiving ZERO ! I understand a handful may be obsessive to some but if I ask for sauce with my combo at least put SOME in there !

Me and my fiancé went to this specific store and she ordered a Mexican pizza which in Aspen, no tomatoes, which the first time around it was not done correctly at all, and it was soggy as hell, but I went back down there and explained the situation and the manager, Tommy was professional as you can possibly get in a situation like that and hooked it right up made it the right way no questions asked I would recommend this place to anybody if you’re hungry and you like Taco Bell Statesville Boulevard in Salisbury is the place you need to be!!!! This place is absolutely filthy. Waited an hour on a thirty dollar order.The food is subpar. You would think after waiting for so long. The food would actually be fresh, hot and delicious. I went in , now mind you I am a contractor and work construction so I looked according I ordered simple 3 soft shell taco's ,18 minutes later the white female manager walked up to me and ask me is there something I can help you with, like I didn't belong in there. My response was yes you can get my food I've been waiting for 18 minutes. She looked at me and walked away and didn't say anything. So I got her attention and I asked her why she said that to me her answer was because I was just standing there doing nothing. When is there a problem that I was waiting for my food for so long. This location always has a problem, currently their Drive-through “is down“ And then they’re making you order from the kiosk and they still have no idea what you ordered. You have to tell them after you’re done.
And also, they are only accepting cards no cash.

They never have any money at night.....Now I went at 1147pm and they are only taking doordash or mobile orders only. This place is the worst. It's always something with this place. Won't be giving this place anymore of my business untill they can do better.
Can't even cook the food properly or prepare it properly Tacos were crushed and were not cooked. All the way food was also cold. Part of my order was missing as well. Do better taco, bell worker is sailsbury NC not happy 😒

Ordered on the mobile app. Arrived and waited almost 30 minutes in the drive thru with only one car in front of me. Recent new college hires were inexperienced and the manager on duty was injured and was unable to assist physically the way he wanted to. Hopefully my next trip will be better.

Went drive through during lunch. Had to wait a long time. Got the Crunchwrap meal with the taco. Checked my bag of food only had my Crunchwrap and no taco that is supposed to be with it. So drove back around again to tell them nicely that we didn’t get the taco. Drive thru black lady was practically already having attitude at us saying “NO I put it in there. I know I put it there.” So I showed her the Crunchwrap and the inside of the bag. She rolled her eyes at us. And plus the Starry drink that I got was flat. So went back again. And manager was being professional and polite and told us that she fixed the soda for us. So only good thing about this place is ONLY THE MANAGER. Who had to correct her crew team members mistake.
We will definitely not be coming back to this specific location. And I hope and pray that the manager does get new crew members to actually do their jobs properly and professionally. If your customer is coming at you with attitude then I understand. But if they AREN’T coming at you with attitude then be respectful. I know for a fact it was a simple mistake, like forgetting a taco, simple no need to start giving me attitude. KNOW THE DIFFERENCE CREW MEMBERS, ESPECIALLY THE BLACK LADY THAT WAS THE ONE WHO GAVE US ATTITUDE.

Consistently takes 20 or more minutes to get your food and it’s always messed up. Staff needs to figure it out because they are actively driving away customers.

Came here yesterday, Food was good, got a large nacho fry that was hot and crispy, the new chicken taco and burrito , and a cheesy gordita crunch . I had a large drink but the lemonade just tasted like water. Other than that food was really good but will probably just stick to soda or brisk when I go here from now on if I get a drink

By far, the worst taco bell ever, and it's brand new. Rude employees mean mugging you, the place is a wreck, no urgency in getting food out, and again it's straight nasty in the kitchen
