What a waste of money, I came in through the drive thru to get some breakfast before work, when I got to work I check my bag and their was a cigarette already used in my food bag! This is not acceptable and I could’ve gotten sick, I don’t smoke and find this very troublesome for a brand new store that just open. Disgusting ?

They need to start over with everyone new, it recently opened and everyone there doesn’t know how to make anything and pretty much the whole time I was there they was on the phone, NEVER EVER stopping at this Taco Bell again

We just ordered lunch from the Statesville location in Salisbury, NC. We went inside to place order. You have to order off a screen. They forgot half the order so my husband had to wait longer to his get his food. Everything was cold. My soft taco supremes were slopped together. Half of the taco fell out of the wrapper and was all over the bottom of the bag. It was a mess. This location needs some serious better training.

Kitchen full of employees, drive thru line completely empty but still asked to pull around for 3 things and wait for 15 minutes probably even longer if I hadn’t gone in and seen my food just sitting behind the counter. Employee stated he did not want to bring it out because it was raining, everyone in the kitchen looking at me like I was crazy to be walking in the restaurant at 9pm. Dude at the drive thru window looked lost with his eyes glazed over. The food was a 1/10.

I have been here 4-5 times over the last six or so months and EVERY SINGLE TIME I am missing MULTIPLE THINGS when I leave. Today, I went to pick up a mobile order of two burritos, a chicken quesadilla, nacho fries, and a fiesta potato bowl or whatever they are called. I left, tired after work, and didn't check my food (so this is on me too) and when I got home and got the food out, I was missing the quesadilla and potatoes. There was one person ahead of me in line, so I can't even say they were swamped and it was just a mix up. Every time, EVERY TIME, I come here, there is either no one there or only one person, yet they can't even make a full order to save their life. Service usually isn't the greatest either. Definitely not coming here again, this place is awful.
