This taco truck got recommended by so many people so I have to give it a try. Also this side of town doesn't have a lot food choices beside the Thai place, so it is a lifesaver if you didn't bring lunch or doesn't want to eat fast food. It is so good that there is a 15-20 mins wait during rush hours. After 1pm, the service is faster. You can also order ahead.Food is loaded with fresh ingredients. I only had taco so far but I should try something else next time. Just look at the pictures. Onions, nopales, meat, my tacos are full, and is freshly made. Drinks are also massive, their agua fresca is kinda too sweet in my opinion.They don't open everyday so you are out of luck on Monday and Tuesday I think.

The meat in the tacos was burnt/crispy the tortillas weren't even cooked and we're all soggy from grease.Iv been there before all was good . I think it's the new cook's young ladies with not enough experience. Way too much money for burnt food ...

I would put five stars but why why why you guys not open on weekends? Ive been calling on the days ya should be open and i get the answer machine last Thursday i went by and the truck was not there!!! But!!! This is by far the number 1 taco truck period. My wife and kids love it.
