I’ve been working in the Salisbury area for the past few weeks & have been stopping here for boba at least 3x a week & words cannot express how much I love this place!!! Not only is their boba & matcha amazing but the people who work here are SOOO great. They’ve went out of their way to be so sweet & even make custom drinks for me. 10/10 experience every time. Teatastic is hands-down one of my favorite boba spots! The staff is always super friendly and welcoming. The drinks are consistently delicious. I love that they offer a rewards card too! You eventually earn a free drink after a certain number of purchases. It’s the perfect little bonus for boba lovers like me.

Teatastic is truly a hidden gem! This quaint little shop offers amazing customer service that goes above and beyond. While I was out of town for work, my 8-year-old daughter earned a DoorDash treat, and she was so excited to get Teatastic. Sadly, we discovered that DoorDash didn’t deliver from Teatastic. @DoorDash, what's up with that? I promised her a visit when I returned. That night, we rushed over after dance class. We arrived at 7:05, just after closing, and the doors were locked. My daughter looked at me, disappointed and teary-eyed, and I knelt to hug her. Then, to our surprise, a kind young woman opened the door and invited us in for a drink! Her warmth and generosity absolutely made my daughter’s day and reminded me of the wonderful sense of community here.
Since that experience, we’ve returned multiple times, including during the Halloween Fall Festival, where we enjoyed a fun Witches Brew drink. The staff is consistently fantastic, the shop is spotless, and the drinks are simply delicious.
Teatastic has quickly become one of our favorite spots off Main, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a friendly, welcoming atmosphere and fantastic tea drinks.

Absolutely fell in love with the place! The owners family was very kind by giving me a sample taste of a jelly, I couldn’t help it and ended up getting two drinks in that moment. Both drinks were amazing, not extremely sweet like other places, they were perfect! 100% going back again and will be recommending it to others. Thank you for bringing this boba place to town!!

I’m relatively new to drinking flavored tea and boba, and I’m pretty picky but I got a strawberry milk tea with strawberry popping pearls and it is absolutely amazing! My mom got the taro milk tea, I wasn’t a fan when I tried it at a different store but something about how they made it just taste so good!!

My favorite coffee in Salisbury! I do wish they opened maybe 30 min earlier on Saturdays. If doing something in Clt or surrounding areas, opening at 11 makes it too late for me to be able to go there before leaving town. Great shop, clean, friendly service and I’ve loved every drink I’ve had there!
