Ordered a weighted ham between 4 and 5 pounds online. When my partner went to pick it up they gave us a 7 pound ham and then charged us for the additional weight without informing us of any changes. After calling corporate customer service they informed us of the weighted policy but stated that it does not cover a change of that size and I should contact the store directly for a refund for the added cost. The store employees and manager were pleasant and understanding but could not issue refunds without first contacting the owner. They took my information down and I let them know I felt the issue would be resolved if I could be refunded for half of the additional cost. The store owner contacted me later that day and initially claimed it was covered under the weighted item policy and he wouldn’t not offer any refund. After informing him that I had already contacted customer service he then claimed that they had no more of the size hams I ordered to which i let him know that in speaking with the store staff they didn’t know how the mix up occurred because they had an entire fridge of the correct hams. He proceeded to offer a gift card for a quarter of the added cost. I again said that I felt a credit card refund for half the added cost would make things right and he refused. After letting him know I would be flagging the charge as fraud and opening a complaint with corporate he did finally agree to my request for the refund but I would need to come in store for them to make things right. The next morning I visited them and again the store staff was pleasant but again had to have who I believe was an office worker help me. She proceed to attempt to refund my card but not knowing how to do that she instead managed to give me a receipt saying I got a discount on an item I did not even purchase. As of this moment I have still been charged almost double for a ham I did not order. I will be opening a complaint with corporate. And after weighing the ham myself it was also a quarter pound lighter than what they charged me for.

Went in today for lunch take out. When I walked in, there were 2 lines for ordering. The 3 people in front of me ordered, but when I got to the cashier, he went to the back and never came back to take my order. So, a kind lady in the other line let me cut over to their line because she had noticed he never returned to take my order. Now, (***NOTE***) when you order, there are no prices on the menu or anywhere in the restaurant. I ordered a lunch sandwich meal that included a side and drink. Nothing extra or added - $17 after taxes. The food was not anything special, and definitely wasn't worth $17.

Wife went in for 3 sliders meal, told them cheddar instead of Swiss and no pickles on her sliders, they toasted it without her knowing and still added pickles.... after she told the guy 2 times and was told she couldn't use the rewards money through the app but I went to winston store and found out you can by phone number that is linked to account.... beyond disappointed with customer service and satisfaction put a 1 star because it doesn't go any lower then 1 otherwise I'd do a .5 star rating.

Rude and condescending

I'm not sure what changed here, we came in for some slices of turkey and ham. The person who helped us, maybe the owner, maybe an overzealous employee was so pushy and trying to get us to buy what we didn't want. We almost walked out, but we really wanted some sliced ham and turkey for a camping trip. Finally convinced him we didn't want deserts and got a half pound of turkey and half of ham. The turkey was mediocre and the ham had 0 of the delicious honey crust you expect. I almost feel like he pawned off regular grocery story ham to us. I will not be back to this location

Everything was awesome including the gentlemen who served lunch. First time here I will definitely come back everything tasted delicious. The gentleman who helped was extremely helpful and had great hospitality. I will definitely return!

Food, atmosphere, staff, everything was nice. Only issue was heavily overpriced. 2 soups, a slider (3 sandwiches), water and drink was 30 bucks. Again everything was good but will not be back. 30 dollars for soup and bread is a joke.
