The brisket here is absolutely the best around. It literally melts in your mouth. The bark is flavor perfection and the fat is buttery goodness. It doesn't stop there. The chopped pork is delicious and smokey without sauce but the sizzelin sauce puts it right over the top. Their smoked sausage is on point. I have eaten here several times and I've never been disappointed. The portions more than enough for lunch the next day. Do yourself a favor and drop in to experience your new favorite restaurant.

The wait time went by super fast and the food came out even faster. Everything was delicious. Highly recommend the burnt ends and pulled pork! Our server Abby was amazing! Got us everything that we needed and checked on us multiple times. Everything was wonderful!

Of all the times I have ordered ribs this is the 1st I had to put them in the oven to completely cook the ribs. I believe they were trying to put them out quickly to be picked up. I was not pleased this time. Hopefully, next time will be better.

We went on Saturday of Mother’s Day weekend with a 1.5 year old that has zero patience. We had Abbi as our server and we had the most amazing experience. She was quick with anything we needed from ordering and refills to getting boxes. The food was absolutely incredible. The Mac and Cheese was the best. The food came out SO quickly, even with how busy they were!! We will absolutely be back.

The food is delicious, the wait staff is friendly and informed about the menu. The atmosphere is casual while playing a great mix of music. I usually get the brisket stuffed spud. It's filling and very tasty. I think this is one of my favorite meals.
I’d just like to express disappointment in the small BBQ sandwich going from under $8 to over $14. Kind of ridiculous. Gotta find somewhere else to enjoy BBQ
Our first visit to The Smoke Pit was absolutely amazing. We had heard from a few friends that it was good but our visit far exceeded any expectations we had. Our server Donna was incredible! She was great with our kids, anticipated any needs we may have had, and was really knowledgeable of the menu. The food came out incredibly fast and it was even on a Saturday! The prices were really good for the large portions; we left with a ton of leftovers. This will definitely be a go to place for our family now!
