I will never spend another dollar in this place. Ever again!! Ordered food when they knew they were out of what I wanted. Made me pay for what I ordered anyways. Without me knowing. Gave me something else!!! Won’t pick the phone up for returning it!!!!!!!! I will be by tomorrow for my money back. With the damn food. Sorry company to say the least!!!!! I called Monday to place an order for pick up, showed up 10 mins later to pick up my order. He asked me my phone number over the phone & when I got there, I gave it to him, he checked all the orders and said "No I don't have that, you must of called wrong place" NO, NO I didn't. So I got my phone, called the number back and the phone rang- It was the right number. Instead of taking my order, which I asked him to multiple times because he didn't put mine in, he answered the phone and COMPLETELY ignored me. He had a line of 5 deep, didn't want to take my order after his mistake and then decided to answer the phone instead. So after I waited a while - the phone order was taking forever and I just left. This has happened THREE times at this location. This is the only location I use as the food is actually decent compared to others. Now I wont be going there because the treatment I received was ridiculous.

I ordered the Mongolian beef combination plate yesterday Dec 25th and it was completely inedible! It was so hot my lips were tingling and I realize it specifies that it is spicy but it should not be spicy to the point of being inedible! I could not even eat my food. Such a disappointment.

Ordered bourbon chicken, general tsos chicken, pepper steak and onion, veggie lo mein, side of rice and everything was good and made fresh!! Well worth the drive! All the classic flavors were there and it satisfied everyone. Definitely get your money worth! Large portions! Thank you 😊

Charge to much you order small lo mein for over 8 dollars and you only get a piece of meat the size of a nickel and rest is noodles that is not worth it never go there again waste of money to go there

I supposedly order Mongolian beef and this was basically Mongolian vegetables no beef at all but very little there’s more bell pepper and onion than anything else I don’t know about the rest food but for me this was terrible…

BEWARE…This place is DISGUSTING ? ? we should’ve figured something wasn’t right the atmosphere of the place was unwelcoming and the disposition of the man who took our order was way off. My husband and I ordered chicken fried rice, vegetable lomein, and 4 egg rolls. We decided to eat there when I opened my lomein there was a dead fly inside my vegetable lomein the pictures have been posted. My husband demanded our money back. We didn’t get a “I’m sorry this happened” or anything I can only imagine what the kitchen looks like.

Post Covid no contact with the employee except through a small window and card used through the plexiglass hole to swipe the credit card. Sweet tea was in a good container with a lid. The food to be reheated from already made batches of rice and broccoli. Seats had a weird plastic film on top. The inside was very warm and almost hot, ceiling fans were turned off with a temp of 95 degrees outside. Could find the restaurant food rating displayed anywhere after we ordered and got our food. The entire restaurant was advertising "we don't care here's your food" Visitor and customer beware what upside down world you may walk into. Will not return. We just wanted a quick lunch ..left worried about what we did.
