I have been eating at tropical smoothie for many years and know how my smoothie is supposed to taste i said something to the girl at the store and she was like sorry cant help you so I asked for a Manager a young girl said I am the manager, she said sorry we dont make new smoothies if they dont taste good. After the Manager walked away the two girls at the counter started talking very rudely. Very disappointed in the service

Ive come in with my toddler to get us a smoothie treat a couple times now, and i had to give a shoutout to the girl who gave attention to my lil boy and swept after him over and over to make him laugh. When we come in she recognizes him and just makes us feel so welcome. I wish i had her name, but I really appreciate her making him feel special. Thank you! Great service and amazing smoothies!!

Food and service are always amazing! The owner and staff genuinely care and made sure my friends and I were taken care of every time we visit. You can tell they take pride in what they do. Definitely one of the best Tropical Smoothie Cafes I’ve ever been to highly recommend!

I love Tropical smoothies but the on in Salisbury, NC needs to do better with the smoothies Maybe they do not leaving it enough in the blender The last 2 times that I ordered a smoothy had chunks of ice and I had a hard time using the straw It is that, or they try to make it with too much ice. A solution: Sent staff for in job train to other franchises like the one in Cornelious, NC. The smoothies there are always perfect and delicious

I stopped by Tropical Smoothie and had a wrap and a smoothie, both were absolutely delicious! Everything tasted fresh, and the service was friendly and quick. It’s definitely a new favorite lunch spot!

Your cashier assisted me with my order because I’m a vegan and wasn’t sure what to order there. She suggested the Bahama Mama Smoothie with coconut milk and a vegan wrap.
