Food and service are always amazing! The owner and staff genuinely care and made sure my friends and I were taken care of every time we visit. You can tell they take pride in what they do. Definitely one of the best Tropical Smoothie Cafes I’ve ever been to highly recommend!

I love Tropical smoothies but the on in Salisbury, NC needs to do better with the smoothies Maybe they do not leaving it enough in the blender The last 2 times that I ordered a smoothy had chunks of ice and I had a hard time using the straw It is that, or they try to make it with too much ice. A solution: Sent staff for in job train to other franchises like the one in Cornelious, NC. The smoothies there are always perfect and delicious

I stopped by Tropical Smoothie and had a wrap and a smoothie, both were absolutely delicious! Everything tasted fresh, and the service was friendly and quick. It’s definitely a new favorite lunch spot!

Thank you for the warm and wholesome welcome to your healthy store. Everyone was so kind, patient and helpful with me. Especially since it was my first time ordering food there. Your cashier assisted me with my order because I’m a vegan and wasn’t sure what to order there. She suggested the Bahama Mama Smoothie with coconut milk and a vegan wrap.

Work around the corner from the location. Stopped there twice on two different occasions. They both taste like water no flavor, nothing just straight water. It's not it not for me!!

I’ve ordered everyday for the past 2 weeks and everytime I order extra toppings and each time I have had to come in and get them put on because they were missed!! Today I ordered again and of course I didn’t get my extra toppings I went to get them put on and the lady refused to put them on for me!! And told me she’s not going to fix it!!! I’m not one to complain about anything mainly because I work in customer service and have for years!!! I spend my money here multiple times a week and that customer service was completely unacceptable!!!

Waste of a drive came from concord to Salisbury for this and wasted my time from messing up my order and nine little pieces of meat you can find better in concord

I came in today for my lunch break and expressed how this had been my first time at any Tropical smoothie and didn’t know what to get. I let the 2 young gentlemen who were working the front choose what I should get and i was not disappointed. The smoothie and wrap were both a 10 out of 10. Great service; great smoothie; great food.
