We stopped in around 11:00 tonight, and from the moment my girlfriend and I walked in, we felt uncomfortable because staff were staring at us. After we sat down, our server placed dirty silverware directly on the table instead of on a napkin. Because of this, I went to grab plastic utensils. At that point, we were told there would be a 20% fee for using them. I’ve done this before at this same Waffle House and was never charged or told this was a policy.
When our food came out, it was served in to-go containers instead of regular plates. Given the situation, we asked for lids and decided to leave. Overall, the service was extremely poor, and the entire experience was disappointing and uncomfortable.

As far as the atmosphere it was good people were nice and service was great. Unfortunately I cant say the same about the food. Fried egg overcooked, sasauge was undercooked, toast was hardly even toasted. Got the cinnamon crunch waffle as well and honestly wasn't impressed. Cinnamon was literally just thown in the middle of the waffle instead of cooked into the waffle.
