Visited Saturday 8/16 about 3:00pm. Ordered 2 frosties through the drive through. We had to wait a long time, due to the car in front of us having a larg order. By the time we got to the pickup windows our frosties were melting. I mentioned it to the window associate. She said they are not melted. Didn't have time to argue about it. They were melted. Will go to Culvers next time for ice cream.

My order wasn't even hard, I asked for a #2, medium and a Dr. Pepper (Baconator was one of my favorites)

I get home and it's some chicken sandwich? HOW.

I am sick and tired of this Wendy’s
Nearly everytime I go here the drive thru staff is rude , it’s the only Wendy’s close by and their customer service is lacking
I went this morning after placing a mobile order for breakfast , everything said you were open , I saw people inside , went to the drive thru and waited for 5 min tire with no acknowledgment even with me saying hello and excuse me , I drove forward to the window where they had a car pulled and waiting ahead at the curb and , a cook made eye contact with me looked away and never came over
I canceled my order and left. As someone who works in customer service and retail this is unacceptable. I hope someone looks into what the heck is going on over there

Went through drive through with two mobile orders this morning, was greeted by an immediately rude employee who claimed he never received our orders.
I get you’re there by yourself but that isn’t our fault, I don’t appreciate the rude tone he used. Maybe go home dude.

Got yelled at when i said i was ready to order after 15 minutes at drive thru. She said I told you to wait! I told her not to yell at me. An older woman with no hair net came to window and glared at me. Girl with red braids had nothing on hair. Worst service ever. Revisited 3 times as it is near my work, 2nd visit- poor cs again, 3rd visit about the same, 4th a little better but nothing on hair and attitudes still bad. Going across street now ti culvers. Better everything

Horrible customer service, when ordering got a “anything else” in a rude manner, as well as a “K” when I told the young lady that I didn’t need anything else.

I also was not spoken too when I arrived to the window, the young lady stuck her hand out the window for my card not acknowledging me and didn’t even speak to me when I said have a nice night,
