The manger Josh argue with me about a combo of you order a combo you get a drink and fries with your meal but I was told no you still have to pay for additional drinks I told him I understand I have to pay for the tea as a upsale but where is my drink for my combo I paid for ? Then he argues and tries to embarrass me in the store in front of other customers one lady came to the register and said give her the drink if she got a combo it’s the principle that the manger would even argue with me over 2.69 and made me pay for the other 2 drinks when really I suppose to get 3 drinks

Always give the wrong order.

So pretty much everything here is amazing except for the young man at the window! I love eating here even though it’s a bit pricy the food is WELL worth it. I order for me and my father and I get to the window. I have multiple orders of chicken and yes they give you ranch but I wanted extra and was willing to pay the extra 25 cents charge. I got looked in the face and told “the ranch is in the bag” and I then replied asking to pay for me and got the window slammed in my face. I ended up getting home and there was actually zero ranch in the bag. Imagine that. I understand drive thrus aren’t the best to work at but you understand that when you apply for a job like that. To be handled with such little respect at such a fine establishment just turns me off. Great food though.

Received 4 peice and 6 peice.
Food made us both sick the day after Nausea and Stomach cramps.
Atmosphere was okay, indoor area could be maintained better.
Not what I typically expect from Zaxby's when I would go there.
Unlikely to return due to food potentially being bad.

2 star review because of the POOR customer service. Not only did they miss an item on my order but missed the sides on another meal. After a 25 mins round trip I can and go back to the store. The manager had no accountability for the mistake. Only replace fries and bread. Then when I said ok that’s fine your GM will hear about it Tuesday. Her response was “that’s ok we don’t have one”. If I want zaxbys again I’ll go out of my way and drive to the further one because of this managers poor customer service.

I ordered the three-piece chicken tenders to go, along with fries and a large Coke, plus Zaxby’s Sauce on the side. The food was hot, fresh, and surprisingly good—especially for fast food. I was genuinely impressed with how well everything was prepared. Great experience!
