I ordered the three-piece chicken tenders to go, along with fries and a large Coke, plus Zaxby’s Sauce on the side. The food was hot, fresh, and surprisingly good—especially for fast food. I was genuinely impressed with how well everything was prepared. Great experience!

lady working drive thru is stupid, asked for a boneless meal she gave me just boneless wings & made me pay for med drink had to turn around just to have to pay AGAIN for a fry, so 12 for a $8 meal stupid

This zaxbys is so stingy with your sauce this is the 2nd encounter I’ve had here. The first time I dined in they forgot my sauce and I asked for honey mustard and they told me my meal comes with zax sauce and made me exchange my zax sauce that I never even wanted out for honey mustard. The 2nd time was thru the drive thru and they never gave me sauce but my meal comes with it. They’re rude and unkind like you owe them something this is my last time coming here.

Manager Layla is very nasty I ask for sauce I understand it’s 25.cent but don’t roll your eyes talk about to member of your team I brought 2 sauce but when the freaking meal cost 9.09 u should give one sauce

I went through the drive through and I was disappointed with the lack of enthusiasm. There was no welcome to Zaxbys, all I got was "what can I get for you" I then drove around and got my food. The sweet tea I ordered was not a sweet tea it was unsweetened. I get home and open my food and my fries weren't seasoned and we're still cold in the middle. The chicken tenders were hardly tossed in Buffalo sauce. On a positive note the slaw was good for it being fast food slaw. I had never been to the location on Faith road and I can say I won't be back. Zero stars

It's a Zaxby's for one. I got a salad and the tomatoes were clear meaning totally not fresh. Kids meals were ok. How can you screw those up.

I'm no stranger to Zaxby's in general. However, not all are created equal. This particular Zaxby's lacks friendly customer service. The cashier acted like he didn't want to be there and over at the pick up counter the female wasn't friendly either. Why get into the food service business if you lack the customer service that it calls for. By the way, being charged .25¢ for Zaxby sauce is a bit much when your food is already highly priced... Also, you were out of napkins. I was going to let the female at the pick up counter know, but like I said before, she wasn't friendly. I just wanted to get out of there.
