Took my order, food was ready in minutes. Instead of doing her job, the middle aged latina employee stood at the register gossiping while my order sat there. I had to call over a drive-thru worker to finish it. Lazy, incompetent, and completely unprofessional. This is exactly why service quality is trash at places like this.👎🏾

I eat in, drive thru and delivery. It’s touch and go. Some days, everything is hot and perfectly in order. Other days it’s cold and just weird, almost as if the oil needs to be changed, and nobody likes cold soggy fries. They definitely need to upgrade on quality of, either lids or cups, because I’ve had more spill incidents with their cups than any other fast food, heck any restaurant, ever. I even had one spill as it was being passed through the drive thru window. I didn’t really want to have to clean my interior after getting food.. but I did. Just needs work, but it’s fast food. You get what you’d expect, uncertainty.

I came to pick up a moble order for my co workers, they gave me 4 drinks no cup holder i had to ask,then my salad was sealed in a bag once at my location i go to get it out of bag to make sure b4 i open it didnt have maters on it because im allergic,well b4 i even opened container i noticed flys on my food i was 20m away so i called not 1x but 3 no anwser called corp.it has been 4.5 days no refund ,no respond back i eat at the other location alot but never will i here agian,poor c.service homeless out harassing customers at drive inn & as u walk in Our drinks was even wrong

Forget about eating here. Service is slow, they charge for water, or if you upgrade a kids drink they charge you $1 more and you still get a kids size drink... & the upgrade is them charging you for 4 sauces... they just wanna up charge every ticket. Just a overpriced food chain taking advantage of customers. I'll be going to Culver's where water is free.

Atmosphere and food is good, however the customer service is starting to fall behind. Ordered a 10 piece wing and got nine pieces. Come on, people... this isn't the first time orders have been handed out not fully completed. I'm not going to come here any more if the service keeps heading toward the negative.. Pay attention, shape up, and do it right please. That's all we ask, as customers to a food service.
