Went to pick up my on line order in the drive thru. It was quick, correct, and efficient. Must visit if you love Zaxby Chicken.

Forget about eating here. Service is slow, they charge for water, or if you upgrade a kids drink they charge you $1 more and you still get a kids size drink... & the upgrade is them charging you for 4 sauces... they just wanna up charge every ticket. Just a overpriced food chain taking advantage of customers. I'll be going to Culver's where water is free.

Atmosphere and food is good, however the customer service is starting to fall behind. Ordered a 10 piece wing and got nine pieces. Come on, people... this isn't the first time orders have been handed out not fully completed. I'm not going to come here any more if the service keeps heading toward the negative.. Pay attention, shape up, and do it right please. That's all we ask, as customers to a food service.

This zaxbys sucks. I'm beginning to think the managers are racist against anything that isn't Spanish. Customer service sucks and when u have an issue " it's no say" what speak English or hire so.e who u can understand

So very disappointing check your bag and taste your drink before pulling off from drive thru. They have multiple people working the drive thru and still didn't get a simple.order of 2 drinks correct. Also, what has happened to the chicken tenders for the taco's. The tender is less than 1/3 the size of the taco. Don't waste your money they have reduced the size of the tenders.

I ordered a wings and things combo and immediately spotted feathers all over my chicken!!! That was disgusting enough but when I went in the next day for my refund I received the worst customer service I have ever experienced!!!!! I was disrespected and shown no regards to the fact that they served me FEATHERED CHICKEN WINGS!!!!
