Just no, no, no, never again. Waited over an hour for mediocre food and a mistaken order. No recommendation, no pic. Unbelievable.

We found this little gem while walking around Saluda. Great bar food and service and great atmosphere. Bonus, we met the candy lady of Saluda who gave us chocolate covered oreos.

Great food and excellent people

My sister and I had a black and blue burger that was delicious along with sweet potato fries & corn ribs and it was all reasonably priced so I would highly recommend it.

I spotted Back Alley Barn by accident while driving through and decided to stop in — best decision! The mac bites were hands down the best I’ve ever had. The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, and the vibe is amazing: relaxed, fun, and inviting. I’ll definitely be back, and next time I’m bringing my Great Dane next time since they’re dog-friendly. Such a great find, you won’t regret visiting!

We called ahead and were told they serve breakfast till 1030am. We arrived at 10:05am and were told they stopped serving. Disappointed to be turned away especially when calling ahead.

It could not have been better. The food and apps were exactly as we expected, the burgers surpassed expectations, the salad was perfect and the specialty drinks and beer was also perfect or better than expected. We only wish they had real brewed ice tea including unsweetened ice tea.

If you're looking for a tasty meal, with great customer service as well, the folks at Ward's are WONDERFUL! My husband is very fussy when it comes to his food and out of everywhere we've ever been for breakfast, Josh at Ward's makes HANDS DOWN THE BEST omelette around!!! We usually go to their Saturday Southern Breakfast Buffet, but occasionally we'll also go during the week for their "regular menu" breakfast. It's seriously worth going twice in a week!!! 👍🏼👍🏼❤️

They have outdoor seating and I was there on a Friday night and they had a really good band. Real fun time.

Go check out this classic Americana restaurant in historic downtown. The owner works hard to provide good food and takes pride in what he does.

I recommend anyone looking for GREAT food should go to Ward’s Grill, Saluda, NC. You won’t find a better hamburger anywhere else!! I give it a Five star and would give more if possible. Great food, welcoming atmosphere, friendly service, and in a cute small town!! PS: The Barn out back service great wings and adult drinks too!!
