Green River BBQ is a great little spot and a must-go-to place for fantastic food. The menu features phenomenal pulled pork, pulled chicken, and excellent sliced brisket that is not dry. Dishes like the brisket cheese steak and the pulled pork sandwich are big, excellent in taste, and come in a great size for the price. The restaurant offers a variety of home-made sauces that compliment the meats without overpowering the balance of sweet, savory, and salty. Sides are also fantastic, including beans with a new spin—a hybrid with meat and a touch of sweetness—and great fries. The flavors and appropriate amount of smoke are impressive. Both carry-out and dine-in service are friendly and very nice, with orders ready on time. The atmosphere is recommended, making for a pleasant surprise and an amazing experience. It is an outstanding spot amongst its peers, with clear attention to detail, leaving guests with a happy full belly and a desire to return.
