Decided to go here, I live out of town. Pleasant surprise, food was fantastic and you got plenty. I had the brisket cheese steak and wife had the brisket, pulled pork sandwich. Both were excellent taste and big. The sides were fantastic also. Hope to go back next time we are in the area.
I thought I had a good understanding on our regional offerings for BBQ but... wow, this is outstanding amongst their peers.
We picked it up for a family function and we're blown away by the attention to detail in everything we tried.
The flavors and appropriate amount of smoke are impressive to say the least. Sauces complimented the pulled pork and pulled chicken without overpowering the balance of sweet, savory and salty.
