This place has went steadily down hill recently. I don’t know how Arby’s doesn’t have Roast Beef prepared at all times seeing as that’s literally what they’re known for. Wife sat in line for damn near 30 minutes, doesn’t seem like anyone was in a rush to get the order out. Honestly just sad and frustrating

I went to this location today and although the service was great, the food was horrible. The bread was cold and hard. It tasted like it was stale, and the taste of the bread overpowered the entire sandwich. I asked for cheese on my sandwich and they just put a cold piece of cheese on my roast beef sandwich. Since the sandwich was already cold, like it had been sitting a while, well I guess you can imagine how that must have been. The fries were ok, Arby’s fries are my favorite - so I was disappointed that they were a little undercooked. Anyway, my point is - of all the places I could have eaten lunch - I chose your franchise. It would have been nice if your franchise cared as much about serving good food - as I did about choosing your restaurant.

I am some what disappointed. They have discontinued the 3 pepper sauce
Well the roast beef i had tonight came from a sub shop. We started out at Arby's but when we arrived here we're only a few inside but the drive through full. Went to the counter and was asked to wait that they were trying to catch up on orders. So we waited. Then after several minutes she came back and said they were having to check and see if they had any more roast beef. The lady waiting when we arrived was told they didn't have any more shake and when she asked to refund it to her card and was told no they couldn't do that but they give her something else. Really. Can't get a refund. Unbelievable. Don't plan on going back any time soon.

I had an exceptional experience at the Arby’s in Sanford, NC, thanks to the incredible service provided by the shift manager, Kindra. I returned today with a receipt after being dissatisfied with my roast beef sandwich from the previous day. Without hesitation and with the utmost professionalism, she refunded my money and assured me, “I am going to make it right for you.” True to her word, she promptly prepared a fresh replacement sandwich.
Her kindness, efficiency, and commitment to customer satisfaction truly impressed me. It’s rare to see such dedication in fast food, and she went above and beyond to ensure I left happy. This level of service is what keeps customers coming back! Kudos to her and the entire team at Arby’s Sanford for their top-notch customer care.

Their "seasonal" fish sandwiches are back. (up north they aren't "seasonal") but their kings Hawaiian fish sandwich is AMAZING!!! I WILL BE BACK FOR ANOTHER ONE several times. 😁🤤
Online order. No french fries, had to check order and ask for them. No sauces, specifically asked for in order. NONE. They weren't busy, just a bunch of goof offs who didn't care. Worst Arby's experience.

Sat in line for 17 mins in the drive thru, I called the store to see if perhaps the machines were down or there was an issue if the food production.
Called three times and they picked up on the third call. The Sassy lady gave me a toss of attitude.
Sheets is across the road, heading there. Not worth the wait. If you are in Sanford and don’t a lot of service you would think they would increase their service rate.
