I ordered a chicken breast and it had all the breast meat cut off of it. I had a small piece of wing meat that was white and bone Where the rest of the brush should bethat was breaded nicely and looked OK, but there was no meat on it. It seems like they did that a few years ago and I think it’s terrible. What are they doing with the rest of the breast?

Went through the drive thru this morning and my biscuits were hard and overcooked. I would not bother to leave a review but the fact that when I entered to send them back the third time and the employee stated in Spanish “What does she want now, the biscuits are not that hard”. After adding more icing to my last returned biscuit as if she did not understand what I was requesting. This is unacceptable and when you are not aware of people ability to speak Spanish or not you make statements that are rude and inconsiderate after they pay for their food.

This location is ok I was just disappointed that they didn't have the wings that I'd seen on advertised on ty. The employee there said they're only serving those wings at corporate Bojangles in Carthage. That was extremely disappointing because I went out the way on my way to work to get those wings. So now I'm not interested anymore to go there unless I'm just going to get fried chicken.
