This used to be the best place to get a salad. The salad I had the other day was terrible normally when I open the container it smells so good but this time it had the weirdest smell, as if they've changed to a cheaper meat or cheaper olives it's something. And my ranch dressing was so watered down that it didn't even taste like ranch. And they had the nerve to raise the prices of this food and the quality has went down.

I went there today with 3 other people, the food was very good and very tasty portion sizes were excellent, I had gotten a 16 inch Bubba style pizza and it was very delicious, The restaurant was clean and wheelchair accessible, all the employees were very nice and very polite and very welcoming, there were a few minor errors but they were quickly corrected without any attitude from any staff, I would highly recommend and we will definatly go back.

It was my first time going to Bubba's and my last time based on the horrible service and experience. I went in and saw a pizza in a display case and asked if they sell slices and they did but pepperoni only, so I paid for one slice. The woman wrote a ticket and put it on the ticket holder where they prepare orders and five minutes later I asked how long does it take to just get a slice of pizza that I do not want heated just one to go. As I stood there looking at two guys the entire time just leaning against the food prep counter they both looked at me like I had two heads. So after I asked how long the heavy woman prepaing the tickets got a huge attitude when I said it was to go and threw the red plastic basket and nodded her head and put it in a to go container and kinda threw it at me and I said thank you and she just gave me a dirty look. This place has no service and certainly no team work, who ever owns the place needs to change the its not my job and create a team to take care of customers quickly and be thankful they have a customer to take care of. Dont go here they suck!!!

Bubba's Pizza has become our Family Time meet & eat place since my middle child was 6. he's 10 now & we're still going there for special moments! the whole staff is welcoming, kind, understanding of kiddos & the food is unmatched! i recommend this pizzaria to everyone! thanks for being our place Bubba's!!

I felt like they were stingy with the small salad, and whoever made it used old lettuce that came off a sandwich with a lot of salt. I couldn’t eat it at all. The salad was Watery. They could have done the salad better than that. I wasted my money. Also heads up make don’t get the fruit boil it’s old.

I love this place... ( Just saying ). It's good food and a great place to go for lunch. If it helps the first thing my wife wanted after she gave birth to our third son was a sub from here. ( she stayed away from lunch meats and other foods when pregnant. Don't ask me why but it made sense at the time). It's definitely worth it to check it out

THE WORST!!!! NO WAY DOES BUBBA's HAVE THE BEST SANDWICH! AVOID THIS PLACE!! I'm usually not this forward with my reviews but I'm trying to save y'all for the worst service and food in Lee County because Bubba's has finally done it! They made me research the time of the year that the Best of Lee County Voting is done because there is NO WAY Bubba's is the best in 2024 for anything, and I'll make sure I'm in on the voting for 2024!! I've given them chance after chance and today was the last straw! Most times I order the turkey and cheese wrap with bacon. THEY AWAYS FORGET THE BACON!! (When I order to go, I will inspect my sandwich before leaving because it happens so often that I have them add the bacon before exiting!) Today, I ordered the Roast Beef Special, which BACON is a menu item, and when I got the sandwich, NO SURPRISE there was NO BACON! When the front servers returned it to the back, the lady said, there's bacon and he urged her to add more. The picture shows the little piece of bacon it came with. I guess that she was right, it came with bacon, the quality and quantity of the sandwich is in question. Speaking of quality and quantity, there was 2 very thin slices of meat, a dusting of lettuce, 4 banana peppers and 2 slices of tomatoes on an 8 inch sub. I do not really care for Subway but Subway is Better than Bubba's subs. My husband ordered the tunafish and he said it was good but not much on the sandwich, also a dusting of lettuce and 1 1/2 slices of tomatoes on his!
The Service was really poor as well. The lady who took our order said, "What can I get you?" (Didn't say Hi, or Welcome to Bubba's) It was expressed like we were interrupting her day. She asked questions like, "What else?" in a monotone voice and I had a feeling that we should just leave!! We should have and we will NOT be going back again.
Looking at the reviews over the past few months, it looks like we aren't the only ones expressing disappointment.
