I’m giving this one star because Buffalo Wild Wings is advertising a pretty good deal on commercials all over the country, but this one in Sanford for some reason doesn’t want to honor that deal. I know it always has disclaimer of at participating locations, but if you’re going to do a nationwide ad run on something like this, your local Buffalo Wild Wings should honor that deal.

I just really wanted to write about the gentleman at the front. He is amazing so friendly and always makes sure we are taken care of. You don’t get this anymore and maybe because he’s the same age so that generation still has work ethic but he is amazing honestly. Sometimes we order just to see him and say hi. I would like him to know this is John the 4 marinara order lol

Don't depend on the employees getting your order right or picking up the actual food you ordered. The wings and tenders have more breading on them than chicken. It would be funny if I wasn't paying for it. Do better or do something else!!

I had doordashed my order and the 15 traditional wings were dry and hard like they were sitting in a warmer for over an hour and had hardly any flavor. I honestly felt like I wasted my money tonight

We arrived at 11:10pm and asked for a table of 2 and we were turned away because they were full. They didn't even quote us a wait time, even though they're open until 1:00am.

The atmosphere in this restaurant is like closing time. The lighting needs to be dimmed and not like a stadium. I can guarantee they would get much more business and bigger tips. This establishment is the best in Sanford with a lot of potential.
