I had an excellent experience at Chick-fil-A! The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, making me feel welcome from the moment I walked in. My order was prepared quickly and accurately, and the food was fresh and delicious. I especially appreciated how clean and well-organized the restaurant was. Definitely one of my favorite spots for a fast, tasty meal. Highly recommend!

I went through drive through and ordered a market salad and sprite. I had 9 cars behind me and 3 in front of me get their orders before they even asked me what i had ordered (some of those cars had 2 or 3 bags and as many drinks). The sprite was pure carbonated water. I dont normally drink/eat and drive so i was unaware until I got home (7 minutes away). I am only a few weeks post major operation and wasn't going back. I wouldn't be as upset, because this happens, but this is the 3rd time something like this has happened. I have gotten to the point if not going to this chick-fil-a because its almost inevitable something will be messed up. It's truly a shame because I really like Chick-fil-A, but Sandord needs to step up their game! Scale of 1/10... About a 2 sadly.

Was there today at exactly 6:30 when they opened, submitted an online order and still waited for 15 minutes in the drive thru for 4 chicken minis. Frustrating when you’re on your way to work.

When we go to this drive thru I feel like we are in some sort of time trial. It’s rush rush rush to get your order and then get you out . Invariably something is missing be it napkins, sauce or something else. Food is great but the rushing is irritating!

My son’s food was very cold. The fries specifically. Restaurants always give kids old food. My other order was wrong I received nuggets but v requested tenders. Receipt was for chicken tenders. I was very disappointed. The young v workers were playing around v while working. Not doing their jobs. I contacted the restaurant they said manager would contact me and they I never heard from anyone. Check food to make sure it’s hot, fresh and verify your v order is correct before you leave.
