I hate to EVER be the type to return my food or complain, but they gave me an extremely pink burger tonight so I came through for another. showed the worker, she saw it and exclaimed that it was too pink, said they had somebody new on grill tonight and she threw the first one away but then the second one they gave me was only a bit less pink than the first one. and then I said alright I’ll give them one more chance… come back through, and this time, the third one was cooked properly all the way through but they forgot my mayo and cheese on it! At that point I was like alright I’m not even gonna try coming back through for a fourth one… guess they were just having a bad night but damn yall had 3 tries to get it right ! Never had a problem here previously but I don’t think I’ll be returning at least for a while.

My only complaint is the speaker system! We can’t hear each other! But our food is always spot on.

None of mine or my husband's order was correct. Food was not good because it was wrong. I asked the girl twice to make sure because, we've had things wrong before. I was met with attitude when I hadn't given it to her when I asked. My husband is a very picky eater and I wanted to make sure he had his food made correctly. Very disappointed. 😞

Want to definitely shout out an employee by the name of Bryanna, she is absolutely amazing. Made my experience exceptional, is the reason I will be returning back to this location. Her positive attitude, and beautiful smile; as she made sure my order was correct. Really made my day, she is definitely someone you want when it comes to food services. Felt as if it would not be right, if I did not take the time to show my gratitude. By not only letting the company know, but sharing my experience with this amazing young woman. Really hoping she’s able to see this, or they share the following with her.

Everything was great service Food shakes fries . Wish we had one closer . Need one in whitestown and zionville Indiana area .
I really really wish y'all would be more careful making the BBQ sandwiches. Almost Everytime I order it's a soggy wet mess by the time I get home and go to eat (10 mins later). Not sure if it's the slaw causing this or not but gonna start ordering without and see. Besides that it's always ON POINT so it's a shame really. Ive had to throw the bun away and just eat the BBQ way too many times.

I love the food and the milkshake I went Friday night and this girl name Dominque was so helpful and nice while she was taking my money she asked how my day was going and when I go there some night they very rude but she was so sweet her and the young ladies that was working up front with her

Ordered a large Cajun fry along with 2 hot dogs with extra chili sauce along with a big double burger with just chili and bacon and a peanut butter and banana shake. I get to the drive thru window and the cashier hands me my order and I reminded her that I also ordered a shake. I get my shake head home and I get my fries out and they kinda of soggy looking as if they had been sitting out which is unusual because whenever I come to cookout, the fries are always hot and fresh even after I get home, it was a little disappointing because I think that cookout has the best fries.

I went with my child today for a watermelon-peach milkshake. We ordered one for my child. We asked for an extra spoon and were ignored. When I took a sip using straw a bunch of spit came out into the straw from the bottom, not milkshake. I believe the person who prepared the shake spit in the cup and then put the shake on top. I could not spit enough. Of course, they will deny this, but I know what happened.

We went today to get milkshakes. We ordered 4 watermelon milkshakes, 1 strawberry and large cheese bites. The cashier Dominque repeated it back as caramel,peanut butter and cheese bites. We politely said no its 4 watermelon, 1 strawberry milkshake and cheese bites. She then repeats back cheese bites, 1 strawberry and 1 caramel milkshake. We once again said no mama thats not correct. We repeated our order once again. She then said okay but didn't confirm the 3rd time but gave us a price of 16. 76. So we pulled up to the window and I asked nicely what was the order and she said cheese bites, 1 strawberry, 1 caramel milkshake. I said no mama that is not correct. She then gave me attitude and said that its correct I said thats incorrect you didn't repeat it back to us. Then wanted to bad mouth us to a co worker with the window open. Thank goodness we didn't order our meals and we decided to just do shakes. The shakes are so poorly made with no flavor in them. I should have just canceled our whole order.
