We ordered here tonight one big tray and a chicken Club style tray, First of all a Big double burger has two patties on it. Smaller than a McDonald’s hamburger and Severely overcooked burnt by the way, the nuggets were dry and old and the fries were soggy. The chicken sandwich was burnt, dried out and overcooked. This location clearly does not take pride and what they do and the cost does not match the food at all. It is way overpriced for what you’re getting and the quality of the food is on zero! I would never feed my family at this fast food, again they really need to be ashamed Of the food they’re selling and the employees are very rude, This place is terrible!!!! They should be shut down

I only get the milkshakes here. Not that the food isn't good, it is just I am not big on fast food from anywhere. Now, the milkshakes are out of this world! So thick they can be eaten with a spoon and enough flavors to satisfy even the pickiest person. My personal favorite is Peanut Butter Oreo. Delicious!
For nearly $10 a plate, you'd think you'd get more than four onion rings.

I dunno, quality has kind of gone downhill, even for cookout. Ask for cajun fries, youll get unseasoned regular fries every single time.And i guess this is a “big double” now.. dont worry though, trays went up 40% in prices to cover

They always get the order wrongEdit: 3rd week in a row. Ordered chocolate milkshake, caught the fact it was an Oreo one and corrected them. Get home with second milkshake and it was banana.
The milkshakes r to die for. They have so many flavors. The food is always fresh! The drive thru can be confusing, but I guess u can go on either side? Great food n quick service!

Food was horrible. Asked for Cajun fries and they just put the Cajun seasoning on top of the fries. Hot dogs were dry and I asked for Chilli and slaw. Make sure to not get food from here.

I will never come here again. I found a dead fly in my drink as well as hair in my quesadilla. None of the employees' hair was tied up or in hair neats, this is not the first time I've found hair in my food from this location. I didn't even get the refund I asked for, I wasn't too worried about it because I only spent seven dollars, but it's the fact that the employee slammed the window in my face and walked away, refusing to give me a refund.

Small burger may be small but it should fit the hamburger bun. Might as well have no burger if you can finish the meat patty in 3 bites. Too bad the delicious fries and tea was overshadowed but a depressing burger.
