I Door Dashed from here on Monday 08/25/25. I ordered a mommas pancake breakfast and a lil barrel cheeseburger kids meal. The food was delicious but I didn’t get my drink . No big deal rite. The DD driver said they didn’t give him the drink. I called Cracker Barrel to just get clarity if the drink was handed over or not and the guy who answered said I don’t know and was defensive going as far as to saying well I’m not sure how you want me to handle this.. Customer Service was clearly isn’t apart of his job description. Kudos to the cook and ask for the guy to answer the phone do better my friend

Our food was warm at best. I ordered the sampler with chicken and dumplings and homestyle chicken. The first piece of chicken was so dry that I could even cut it with a steak knife. I got a replacement that was only slightly better. I had to dip it in the broth of the dumpling to even eat it. My husband ordered steak and shrimp and got an overcooked dry steak. We finally got a replacement but took it to go because we didn’t want to wait any longer. The manager did say thank you for giving feedback on the temp of the food. Turned out that there was a problem with one of the steamer trays. Quality control and observant employees SHOULD have seen that and room temperature food should not have been served. We will avoid this Cracker Barrel next time we are driving through the area.

Worst experience ever at our cracker barrel. There was macaroni noodles in my grits, my husband was brought out the wrong food 2x, the gravey was so thick it looked like dough and my grandsons chocolate chip pancakes was burnt! We will never return.

I like Cracker Barrel because it takes me back to the time my parents and grandparents lived and
how things were. I wish I could have lived back then for a year or 2. I read a article today that said they are going to modernize it . Paint it, change the inside decor . Take the rockers away and put Adirondack chairs. If you do , you will lose a lot of customers. There are plenty of modern places to go now but only 1 country store (cracker barrel). If you change it, my family won't be going! The only thing that I liked in the changing was more comfortable seating.

Haven't been to Cracker Barrel in a long time and this was great. Great service, excellent hashbrown casserole and the best green beans I have had in years.

My granddaughter chose this restaurant for her birthday meal so there was 7 of us worst ever as my daughter is gluten free and told waitress and sad no crutions but it came with them so a big no for her, my daughter in law asked for cornbread to come with pre dinner biscuit but none, took quite a while for food to come and salads came same time as meal. finally got refill on tea. pinto beans cold sent back asked about the corn bread again tea glass empty again no pintos brought back finally shows back up ask for tea forgot about beans asked again about cornbread and she came back and said would be 10 to 15min told never-ending just bring boxes so can leave. My granddaughter did enjoy her Mac and cheese but I told her never there again will take her to greensboro of Pinehurst but not sanford.

Mini cinimmon rolls had next to no frosting because they had run out of frosting. One roll had no frosting. Waitress should have told us the kitchen was short of frosting instead of just putting them down on the table. Since we decided to take them anyway, they should have had the price reduced. Scrambled eggs were dried out!!
