I ordered waited for 5 mins in line then got pulled up sat there for 15 minutes. Cashiers acting clueless as hell just for me to get home with my food looking like this. Chicken tenders look old on the inside such a waste of $30!!!

DO NOT ORDER DELIVERY. Continuous issues with ordering through DoorDash, ubereats, etc. Most recent attempt was placed hours before reported closing time, only for the order to be stalled and eventually cancelled saying they closed early. Will never be ordering delivery here again.

Best customer service I've experienced in a long time. The employees really seemed to enjoy and appreciate their job, which I don't see much of anymore. Great food, but it's definitely the atmosphere set by the employees that make me want to go back.

We visited today 8/23/24 at the Sanford NC location - the nicest guy took our order - He was so courteous, I wished we had gotten his name - The atmosphere was so clean - all we could see were hard workers working - appearing to enjoy what they do - we enjoyed our visit there. The food was great, this place deserves five stars - please tell the gentleman who waited on us around 1145 am today how much we appreciate his customer service excellence!!!

Mark was working the drive through window today. His customer service skills and knowledge of the differences of the blizzards was amazing. He was very polite and respectful. Have a good day Mark and keep that same energy,it will take you places one day.

Food was normal as fast food can get, service was terrible, gave my coworker a cold burger, didn't know what orders went to who but was still served fast. Normal nice interior with good atmosphere.

The chicken strips were hard as hell they weren't any good and the icecream had a odd taste to it not what expect from a Dq cause I love Dq the only good thing about the food was the fries were hot and delicious!

Parking: The parking lot wasn't the greatest very small and not easy to find a place to park

Kid-friendliness: Definitely if you bring them

I was a regular here for years, and often I'd get a fudge brownie blizzard and add malt powder on top. In Annapolis at a childhood ice cream parlor, that was my family's favorite treat and it's called a Dusty Road. I'd been doing that dozens of times here at this location until one time one of their brilliant teenager staff members unilaterally decided they couldn't do that any longer - it was against the rules. She had questioned me when I asked for the order, and I reassured her I wanted the powder on top, not mixed in. You'd have thought I was a drug dealer asking for a supply. They told me that it couldn't be done and couldn't explain why. That was 6 months ago, and that was the last time I've been there. I bring it up now because my 95 year old dad keeps asking if we can go to Dairy Queen. It's fond memories for us even if it's not the same ice cream parlor of old. But I tell him no, we can go to Cookout instead. There are plenty of other places to get what I want. It's just a sad, sad time when a company allows a part timer to decide their customers' journey. I should mention that the home office never acknowledged either my email or private message on facebook, so I guess they stand by their temporary part-timer who is probably long gone. Great business model.
