Standing at the counter it's Hit or Miss whether or not they even acknowledge your presence in the first couple minutes. When I do get my food I think the worst thing I've had from here is a half mixed blizzard. Food preparation is pretty solid.

I ordered waited for 5 mins in line then got pulled up sat there for 15 minutes. Cashiers acting clueless as hell just for me to get home with my food looking like this. Chicken tenders look old on the inside such a waste of $30!!!

DO NOT ORDER DELIVERY. Continuous issues with ordering through DoorDash, ubereats, etc. Most recent attempt was placed hours before reported closing time, only for the order to be stalled and eventually cancelled saying they closed early. Will never be ordering delivery here again.

Best customer service I've experienced in a long time. The employees really seemed to enjoy and appreciate their job, which I don't see much of anymore. Great food, but it's definitely the atmosphere set by the employees that make me want to go back.
